Mixed bag. Some very lovely people working in the pharmacy at the counters. Also a pharmacist that will yell at and over you for asking for literally anything. Honestly don't know how I could have avoided pissing her off, other than just not needing a pharmacist at all.

Called to confirm they have polio vaccine. They confirmed and scheduled an appointment. When arrived I was rejected because pharmacist has no vaccine in stock. Genius logistics). Why would you confirm over the phone that you have it but then say no when customer arrived. Pharmacist said agents on the phone have no information about the inventory at pharmacy. Why do you confirm over the phone if you don’t know? Wasted time

while some of the pharmacists go above and beyond, the place is run badly, they will never have all of your meds at the same time, everything is expensive there because they want to charge as much as they can on HSA cards. today they forgot to give me some of my medications and i am done with them

Waited for over 90 mins on the phone to talk to someone to get my prescription filled. Finally went in and there were two people working. They told me because it was only two people they weren’t taking calls even though there was nobody in line and they weren’t busy at all. They are also consistently late with filling prescriptions. I sometimes wonder if this is a joke to them because the service is comically bad.

17 minutes on hold to tell these guys not to keep running a prescription through my insurance since my insurance won't cover it and I will pay out of pocket.
I've used this pharmacy for 10+ years. It's terrible. They are always backed up and disorganized. It seems like they are short staffed, but that's just a guess. If you like robot voicemail, a confusing app, mysteriously disappearing orders, and the worst IT systems ever, sign up for Walgreens Crown Hill!
I'm moving my prescriptions to Fred Meyer.
