This is the worst pharmacy ever. DO NOT COME HERE! I had a flu shot appointment for 3pm, I didn’t get seen until 4.30pm. Even then the employee claimed that they couldn’t find my information from my insurance card and said I needed a new one. My insurance said the information is accurate and they likely entered it wrong.
A minimum one hour wait time is mandatory at this location. Long lines for people waiting to get their prescriptions and everyone was asked to come back.
Absolutely terrible experience, never going back there again.

Trash pharmacy, terrible customer service. Called in to check on my prescription progress and it’s been a week and no response. This whole week I have been out of medication. Finally decided to call in and waited for 3 hours!!! Even after the automatic voice queue says there is only one person in front of me, I still waited for more than 2 hours!!! I waited for more than 3 hours until the pharmacy closed for the day and nothing! This is absolutely outrageous. Not even a polite “hey we are busy please hold”, just complete no response. There is no excuse and the only explanation is that they are unprofessional and slacking off at work. I don’t believe the understaff excuse because I remember walking in before and seeing the person at the counter just chilling doing nothing.

Genuinely the worst pharmacy i have had the displeasure of dealing with in years. the IRL staff are pleasant and nice, but the phone staff never pick up even after waiting hours in line. they just black-hole you once you become the next customer.
I came down with COVID last week and my doctor prescribed Paxalovid and this place refuses to fill it. Go somewhere else if you can.

Aggregiously understaffed. I was on hold for an hour and finally just showed up in person to see two pharmaciats desperately trying to deal with customers and vaccinations. I wasn't able to get my question answered on if my prescriptions are even in because the pharmacist had to rush away to attend to other people. It's not good for Walgreens' bottom line if they hire enough people to competently staff a store.

Currently standing nine people back in about a 30 person line for the ONE cashier. Insane. I wish I'd known to go literally anywhere else.

I made an appointment for a vaccine and they told me they ran out of stock and asked me to come back in a few days. I went back the other day before 30 mins of their closing time and they said I couldn’t do that because they needed to clear the line to help people waiting behind me. Doesn’t make any sense.

Avoid this pharmacy at all cost, the pharmacist is rude unhelpful and will put absolutely zero effort into helping customers. Go to cvs across the street, the pharmacists there are kind and helpful

Doctor sent over my prescription yesterday afternoon my appointment which was early like 830. I came in and guess what?!?! It's not filled. Got the excuse that there was one tech and the pharmacist. How can you not have a script filled in a 26 hour period?

I have a schedule II prescription, which is not eligible for automatic renewals. Every time I get it, it requires minimum two phone calls to the pharmacy, hold times of at least 30 minutes each, and sorting through various stories from different pharmacists about what I need to do, or even *if* they will have it available on the date needed. This is the case no matter how much notice they're given. This is an old script, been doing it for years, and only Walgreens gives me this grief. It's beyond frustrating.
