The absolute worst pharmacy. They do not update their records, send out inaccurate text messages about prescriptions being ready, and then expect people to wait more than an hour to refill their prescriptions. Their staff is incredibly rude, uncaring and inept. I am promptly changing my pharmacy and sincerely hope I never have to step foot in a Walgreens ever again

I would give this no stars if I could. A few of the employees care, but the Walgreens corporation does all it can to make this store and many others total trash. Getting a prescription filled is often impossible. No one answers the phone ever. I have waited in a line to get service from the pharmacy for over 30 minutes. They won't transfer a prescription to another store if it is out of stock, and several times the prescription is blocked "due to insurance issues" yet if the prescription to a competitor, insurance is just fine. Avoid at all costs.

Employees always look bored but yet the line at the pharmacy is currently 14 deep. They lock up tons of products and expect you to find them to open the cases.We get it. You think all of your customers are thieves and don’t deserve respect.The woman in front of me just gave up and left saying her and her son have been waiting over thirty minutes and the pharmacist is still helping the same person.I will add the pharmacy has constantly told me wrong information and even rejected my doctor’s prescription. He emailed and faxed and then called but they keep saying they haven’t heard from him.Management, let’s hear your response on how you plan to fix ANYTHING.Edit. I feel so so bad for this pharmacy manager. This is obviously way more than they are capable of. They are not meant to lead anything. It is probably best for them to step down. This is a classic example of someone who should be replaced by well a leaf? A shadow? A slightly high porcupine? Literally anything. Doesn’t even need a pulse. Anything would be better than a manager who handles this so so poorly. I hope corporate is able to reassign this manager to a permanent position washing dumpsters.

Absolute worst pharmacy experience ever. This was my first attempt at placing a pharmacy order here. I made the call a week and a half ago. First, they couldn't find my prescription number, which was odd, but they were able to look it up with my name and medication type. After awhile on the phone, they said "no problem, it'll be ready by tomorrow." I had to come here four different times, since the lines were so long and I didn't have time to wait the first three times. They're obviously very understaffed. Today, I decided to come by since I had nearly unlimited time to wait. So, after waiting 30 minutes in line, again, they couldn't find my prescription with my name and birthday. Another cashier tried, couldn't find it. The cashier went and spoke with the pharmacist to and after while she came back saying my prescription had expired and I needed to have my doc re-send it. Which sucks to tell me that now,instead of when I first called to place the refill order. Now, I'm heading out of town tomorrow on vacation, and it's Saturday and the doctor wouldn't be able to do that until Monday. Since this was for an antidepressant that I rely on to function, maybe I'll just kill myself instead. Thanks, Walgreens!!!

Come back 30 min later the prescription isn’t ready.Oops the system is offline, we can’t sell anything. And we close in 10 min.My guess is this is not a pharmacy you want to bank on when your mother is out of surgery from a broken leg. Pick something better.

Do not go to this pharmacy. The lines are long (10 people to 15) and there is only one cashier to process the prescriptions. They are inconsistent with medication text notifications. When your Dr. orders a prescription, they say they did not get anything so you have to re-request your Dr. to send in the prescription again. If you don't want your mood to get bad, I suggest going to another pharmacy, because you waste SO MUCH TIME just to do a pick up at this Walgreens.

This is now my pharmacy after Walgreens made the bright idea decision to close the Lake City location. There is no drive-through and they are completely understaffed. How will they handle the influx of new pharmacy customers? I imagine not well. What has happened to drugstores? It used to be good experience but now it's just a drag - understaffed and understocked. Going back to mail order.

Canceled my vaccine appt with only a few hours notice because their pharmacist called out and they couldn't contact a substitute pharmacist, and had no replacement appts until weeks later (deep into flu season).

Do yourself a favor, don't make an appointment for a vaccine here--in fact, don't come here at all. We had a 5:00 appointment and they ran more than two and a half hours late. No explanation, no apology, no chairs. This location also comes with the added bonus of a trash-covered parking lot, a sketchy neighborhood, and the usual assortment of eight-balls that Walgreens seems to attract. While we waited a gentleman came in fresh out of surgery to get his oxycodone scrip filled--sorry, all out. When he asked if another Walgreens had it, they said he had to call around himself. Poorly managed, done with the entire franchise. Never again.

Worst pharmacy ever. They always delay medication and refuse to help clients even when there is more than one staff at the counter they just sit there to talk to each other and ignore the long lines of people waiting for their medication.

This Pharmacy didn't have medications ready. Customer service is terrible and they told me come back next week for medicines. When I came there they said we don't have anything in the system. I am felling that they play with customer health and I hope some government take actions and control the services. If you want stay healthy choose other option.
