They have the slowest pharmacy pick up window I've ever seen. Seems to be due to disorganization. They had to wander and check four different areas for my prescription, and once I got to the window I was served a lot faster than others.

Filled my rx through the app, but they won't even fill it until you call if insurance doesn't cover your rx. This should instead just be documented in the app without me needing to call, because when I call, the wait is at least 30 mins to speak to someone. I was just on hold for 40 minutes, and when I was finally next in line, the staff went on lunch and there is no option to enroll for them to call you back once they're back from lunch. So i had to call later and stay on hold for another 30 mins. This pharmacy is understaffed and overworked- it isn't the fault of the pharmacy staff; it's the fault of Walgreens for not properly supporting their staff and using technology inefficiently.

Pros: good for passport photos and OTC medication which are usually in stock.
Major Cons: Took 4 hours to get my antibiotic prescription. Grossly incompetent/ understaffed pharmacy department.

Walgreens pharmacy will tell you they have your perscription over the phone but when it comes time to wait in line and pick up in person they don’t have it. When I called QFC, not only do they have it but they have a wider variety to choose from if I wanted. QFC pharmacy offered to help transfer my Rx from them so I can get it today ASAP.

They try so hard. The homeless population, and lack of police response has destroyed these people's once great neighborhood drug/convenience store. Before COVID, and the refunding of SPD this place was great. I could get almost everything I needed at a great price.

Very slow. There are always long lines . Their pharmacy staff is super slow. You could be waiting for north of 30 minutes for A simple prescription pickup. If I have an appointment for 3:15, and I was at the location at 3:10, and I had to wait until 4pm to get my shot with only one person ahead of me. Ridiculous

I needed a few things while traveling through area. Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything . The manager was nice and tried to help but the shelves are empty. Dirty and unkept outside.

Never come to this place. I had my prescription and the lady asked me to
wait. But i never get my medicine back as well as my prescription. But I am still charged on mg insurance for the prescription. I found one day from my insurance that this place is charging me but I never got
the medicine! It is so unpleasant for this place. I went back and asked them, the ladies are rude and do not take responsibility, just asked me to go to see the insurance company. It is so unpleasant and not equal to everyone!

I’ve had the same consecutive issues with this pharmacy where prescriptions that are sent are marked delayed, and unable to reach people over the phone and when I do they say they are working on it then come to pickup and the prescription is already marked picked up? And no accountability or ownership making sure the issue is resolved. It’s frustrating when you don’t have your medications and the people who are responsible for helping simply won’t do their jobs. They blame it on the insurance but in all cases it has been errors in their system or errors in persons operating the systems. Customers BEWARE!!

While in Seattle for vacation recently, we stayed at the Hyatt place which was right across the street from this Walgreens. It was very convenient for this Walgreens to be located near the hotel. We stopped in and bought a few things that we left at home and we were also able to stop in and buy snacks on occasion.
