This review is solely for the the female pharmacist with the shoulder length, straight, black hair. Her general lack of empathy and respect is tasteless and unpleasant. Her demeanor and aura is incredibly negative, I feel sorry for her. It seems like treating people like humans, just as she is, has escaped her. One can never know the world or hurt and pain that goes on in others’ bodies and minds; which is why treating people with the most basic of treatments; kindness, is vital. Maybe it’s time to reflect and change careers? I mean that in the most human way possible.

The prices don’t match to the ones you pay

Extremely slow pharmacy with unreliable stock and appointment times.

Too slow. They don’t know anything about when a product can be back in stock and don’t know how to check if there’s any available in another Walgreens location. I don’t know what they are doing. It’s such a waste of time.

This is the only reason Walgreens does not go out of business

The Walgreens location is actually a nice little small convenience in the area I think and had some very helpful employees during our visit. The location is very close to the Space Needle and hotels making it a convenient walk if you are in the area. The location is in what appears to be a former bank location so I guess you are getting a very secure experience! The store had everything we needed and was easy to run in to grab everything. I didn't realize that getting a plastic bag came with a charge in Seattle but we only needed one so fortunately we didn't end up paying a bunch of money for what we needed overall.

Everyone is polite and knowledgeable. It's not difficult to get medication there. Though they are understaffed at times, everyone there is very friendly and kind.

Quickly filled my prescription and also encouraged us to get a bigger discount than expected through an insurance source. Nice people.

If you want a deranged lady (Mein is, apparently, the pharmacy "manager") to scream over you at the top of her lungs while threatening to "cancel" your prescription instead of let you pay in cash because of an insurance billing issue which wasn't remotely your fault... BOY do I have the destination for you. If you were hoping for a normal experience where you stand in line and pick up your drugs, for the love of god, go literally anywhere else.

I had an appointment for Covid booster. I filled out all the forms online, and arrived 15 minutes prior the scheduled time. There were 3 people in front of me. Took about 15 minutes for my turn. I let them know, and waited. For 40 minutes. Meanwhile the waiting line were stacking up. There were 4 people inside the pharmacy department, and they couldn't handle a single patient. By the time I left, there were about 6, 7 people waiting for their medicine, including the person who was in front of me when I got here. Yeah I'll never come back to this place again.

I usually try to avoid this Walgreens, although one of my prescriptions is handled by the pharmacy, and I must visit once a month. However, I needed to pick up some things for my wife who had a bad cold. I was wandering around, lost as usual, when Patrick, the guy in charge of stock and supply at this Walgreens, asked if he could help. I was astounded. This kindness is not often seen in Seattle. He helped me find what I needed, and Patrick even ran downstairs for the two boxes of Kleenex my wife requested. He was warm, friendly and helpful. Kudos to Patrick and kudos for Walgreens for hiring him.

I wish I could rate the pharmacy and the retail side separately. It is like fire and ice, the two. I haven't gone back to the retail side since my bad experience, but the pharmacy is just too convenient for me not to go. With that being said, the pharmacy is just amazing. Best customer service. I was in line, waiting for my turn, and the person at the counter was filling out some paperwork. The pharmacist saw me, recognized me, grabbed my things for me, then on the next register, gave me my stuff after doing the whole verification process that we need to go through by default, but she already knows who I am. I keep trying to find her name tag so I can finally start greeting her the way she does to me. If I could rate the two separately, I would give the pharmacy is 5. But since this goes for the whole thing and I already have a rating of 1 that was done, I'm going to give a 3 as to not offset the other rating too much. Just keep in mind that if you go just for the pharmacy, you're in great hands.
