Pretty bad pharmacy some of the pharmacists are nice but they seem to have a lack of training ive made like 4 pharmacy visits just this week to pickup a prescription because parts were missing or steps were not communicated to me

I had 2 horrible experiences here and immediately switched pharmacies:
1. Learned I had a severe wasp allergy. My doctor left a voicemail with my prescription for an epipen and meds to relieve the swelling. But the pharmacist/tech outright REFUSED to check the voicemails for my prescription even though I had visible swelling/pain. I eventually had to bother my doctor to call while I was at Walgreens and the tech was hesitant to answer the phone even then. I couldn’t believe the level of unprofessionalism.
2. My dog contracted a tick-borne infection and the vet didn’t have the antiobiotics on hand so they called in a prescription to Walgreens. The quote that Walgreens gave me for 1-month of antibiotics was $1,700!!!! I called my vet and they said this was ridiculous. They re-routed the prescription to CVS and it ended up costing $22.
TL;DR - Avoid this Walgreens Pharmacy at all costs.

Just got my vaccines here and the pharmacist looked like he had stayed up all night. I saw him throw medicine around haphazardly, and he was incredibly rude and incapable of handling stress. He did not inspire confidence. Do NOT go here.

They have never filled my prescription on time. The pharmacy aid even told me to transfer my prescriptions if it is necessary to receive them on time or within 1-2 weeks of when they are sent.

Walgreens always is good, but this store is a problem child- as coolers have been out for a while(3 month)s and not fixed,.. and stocking of certain items used by everyone is affected..

This pharmacy takes weeks to fill prescriptions and is impossible to get ahold of on the phone unless you have an hour to wait.

I'm fed up with this pharmacy. It has been three weeks of waiting and I still haven’t been able to get my prescription and haven’t been able to get adequate communication from anyone. The staff is completely overwhelmed and confused. Initially they said they were out of my medication, then after two weeks of waiting, they claimed they had my prescription and it would be ready the next day. Then when I came in they wrote my name on a piece of paper and said they have no idea when it will be ready but that the pharmacist is filling prescriptions based on the list of names on that scrap paper?? I have never been able to get something filled here without needing to go in and pester someone which sucks for everybody. It’s irresponsible for Walgreens to be leaving their pharmacy so understaffed and their pharmacists so unsupported.

Do NOT send your prescriptions here unless you like to stop by the pharmacy daily to check on the status of your medication or love waiting on hold for hours!
super surprised walgreens can’t figure out a way to communicate the status of prescriptions.

Spent over 2 hours on hold and never was able to speak to anyone! Have had multiple prescriptions NOT get filled over the course of the last few months (they have been fine for a year so something happened recently!), or I’ll be told they can’t do it for hours or days. Absolutely avoid this location they are a chronically understaffed MESS!!!

It’s closed. Call or message your doctor and move your prescription somewhere else. This is the text I received after waiting a week for my prescription.
“Walgreens: Your pharmacy at 4468 Stone Way N is temporarily closed. We're sorry. We'll let you know when it reopens.”

Called when they opened, have been on hold for 48 minutes. Just trying to check if they got my prescription. It’s been repeating that there are 2 callers ahead of me for the last 25 minutes. I’m pretty sure they just aren’t answering the phone.
