Even when they say to come after 30 minutes and you get back there after an hour you should wait another 10 minutes. Consider how hard it is to wait 40 minutes with a patient.

just got off the phone and the pharmacist lied to me. said he did not have access to other location's stock. He tried to hang up and I had to say, Please, I am asking for help. Why was my normal walgreens able to refer me there due to the stock they saw on hand in their system. He put me on hold, came back and gave me numbers to call because the system was showing in stock. I said, to be clear, you were dishonest with me about your system. He said, no I just told you I couldn't guarantee it.He was rude. Showed zero empathy and should not be interacting with folks that need help.

Hey y'all! Don't go here if you have just started a new health insurance and don't have a card yet. I was refused service today for a vaccine appointment (Covid and Flu) because we just changed our health insurance and are not in the system yet, but since I technically "had" insurance (even though it has not started), the pharmacy would not treat me as an uninsured individual due to government regulations.I had scheduled an appointment online, filled out all of their consent forms, and have used this Walgreens for over a year now (so I'm in their system). Still, I was unable to be serviced today, even though their website said they took uninsured individuals. I guess that doesn't apply to me, even though I currently am until my health insurance activates our accounts.I wish I could say this was the only issue I have ever had with this pharmacy, but sadly I think this may have been my last visit. The staff here are kind, but I am tired of being blindsided by issues with their in-store system. I have been notified that my medication was ready when it wasn't, waited in lines for 45 mins between aisles due to understaffing, and had issues refilling prescriptions due to automatic alerts in their system that were incorrect and refilling too early/too late. The staff here really do try their best, but there is only so much you can do when Walgreens as a brand has such an inadequate online system that it is difficult for both their customers and staff to either get their medications/do their jobs.I work in a heavily populated area, and just wanted to get my vaccines so I don't bring anything home to my family when I visit them for Christmas. It shouldn't be this difficult, and while I understand Walgreens can't go against government rules and regulations, I wish I was made aware before I spent 30 minutes out of my day to travel to this location.

Head pharmacist was acting like he was high on uppers. I was so sketched out that I almost walked out, but it was the only day I could afford to feel sick after getting the covid vaccine. I can't stop thinking about how strange he was acting, and how angry I was to be left in this position. He was extremely rude, jumpy, and unprofessional. Do not go here.

Not sure why ratings are low. I have received great service here, and the staff is super friendly

Prescriptions are always delayed and we are told last minute (when we have already run out) when our prescription is out of stock. It seems like this isn't the fault of the people working there, rather Walgreens not staffing this location properly.

I’ve been really upset with this Walgreens for some time now. They frequently miss the deadline for refilling my prescription. But recently, I ran into a problem that got me so angry, I had to write this review.Fellas: the pharmacists here straight up LIE.Scenario: my medication was out of stock due to a national backorder. They instruct me to call back to check every week or so.So I called. She checks the safe. She finds they have 3 doses left. Yay! I ask if I can pick it up. The person puts me on hold to ask the pharmacist. Then she comes back and says, “Actually we don’t have any.” She Refused to give me a reason why. I assume that she is telling a lie.A few days later, I call again, as instructed. The phone rings for 30 minutes. No one picks up. I’m experiencing severe withdrawal symptoms, so I’m desperate. I walk in in-person.When I asked if they had my medication in stock – any dosage would do – Ruby and the pharmacist insisted it was against protocol to “open the safe” unless I had an active prescription for that specific dosage. I know this is a lie because I called 15 other pharmacies –Walgreens included. All of them told me what they had in stock, even without an active prescription. To make matters worse, this conversation was handled very unprofessionally. Ruby was not able to articulate a coherent reason. She just said, “You can tell how this conversation is going,” or “You can imagine how this could be abused,” without actually telling me why. I don’t think it’s right for medical professionals to hand-wave away patient’s concerns.Walgreens, please restaff this branch. This pharmacy is centrally located in a high-traffic place. lots of people rely on these pharmacists to get medication they need. You can’t have people like this handling something so important.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacy employees are so rude and don't listen when you ask questions. I was asking the pharmacist a question about my prescription they randomly canceled and he cut me off and told me to come back tomorrow. I will be switching pharmacies. A$$holes

Wife and I had appointments for the Moderna vaccine. We were 6+ months from our previous one and due for the booster. The pharmacist, John, was so incredibly rude to me. He literally ripped up our appointment cards saying, "The CDC only recommends yearly vaccinations now."I said, "No, the CDC is full of shit. Science says efficacy wanes after 2-4 months with mRNA." Him "I trust the government." and then I said "That's why you're wearing a surgical mask right now." Then he said "And in 30 days I won't be wearing one at all!"This grey-haired jackass seemed to really delight in denying us. I guess he was probably a bully who peaked in high school, and now this is the only way he can feel good about himself. He's a real bootlicker, no different than the way many German citizens acted in the 1930s.

I generally do not write reviews but I hope this serves as an FYI to anyone considering using this Walgreens as their main pharmacy. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. My partner had to change pharmacies due to change in insurance and went with this Walgreens. The team working here actively tries to not do their job. They have refused to call her insurance, made her act as intermediary between the pharmacy and her doctor, and try to charge her for her medication which is fully covered. This is life saving medicine for her and that treat is as an inconvenience. I hope Walgreens takes corrective actions.

After having a wisdom tooth extraction, I immediately went to the Walgreens Pharmacy across the street from my house to obtain my pain meds before the numbing injections wore off. After waiting in line, I spoke with the sweetest woman at the pharmacy, Ruby. Clearly new, she did everything in her power to get my medication to me as soon as possible, however, was unsuccessful due to her being just in training. So, in order to get my request taken care of, she asked for help from the person in command, The Pharmacist...When The Pharmacist showed up to the front to help me, and to "train" Ruby, she was HORRENDOUS.This Pharmacist, (Mari was her name if I recall. Asian woman) was one of the rudest human beings I have ever encountered. She was huffy and upset that she even had to touch a computer. Grabbing my prescription papers violently from poor Ruby's hands, and clenching them together in anger, she turned to me and yelled that she didn't take my insurance, and that I would have to pay out of pocket. "Thats fine with me," I calmly said back, tired and confused as to where her attitude had even sprouted from. She then sighed loudly and started muttering angrily under her breath as she typed some more on the computer. Then she ran to the back as if an emergency had occurred while yelling in anger that she even had to deal with anyone that day. The Pharmacist then returned and said in the meanest of tones, like I had broken into her home, "Come back in a couple hours, we have lunch in an hour so it wont be done then." She then stormed off as if I was the biggest inconvenience of her day. Poor Ruby stood there, looking down and apologized to me for her behavior, as if she was in a domestic violence situation. I was appalled that the trainee had to APOLOGIZE for the actions of the insanely rude and cruel pharmacist. I then returned a few hours later and was told to return in another 45 minutes to pick them up. At this point my swollen face was in a lot of pain, which could have been avoided if they had filled them when they stated. Overall, this place is trash. I will NEVER come back to this nightmare of a pharmacy again, unless it is to check on the well being of Ruby. Shame on you Walgreens.
