I don't fault them for being understaffed. They're doing their best. Always friendly with me.

I went in to drop off a Fed Ex package. The label printer is not working, so make sure you print the label before you go in. I was prepared to use the QR code from Fed Ex provided. So I had to go home, print label and make a second trip to the store.
