I waited on the phone for two hours. When my call was disconnected, I gave in and drove to the pharmacy, where I waited in line for two hours. The next time, I decided to order online, since they offer same-day delivery. I've been waiting four days for my next-day delivery, and nobody can tell me where the hell they are. These guys suck. Go anywhere but here.

Don't go here. Pharmacist and staff don't care when they make mistakes that cause you 3 hours every time to fix the problem. They're incompetent, give you wrong information to try to make you fix the problem they created, and there's always a huge line not only due to understaffing but because they can't do their job correctly.

Zero stars! This was my second stop today to get my passport pictures taken. I was referred to this location because the first Walgreens I went to (Jackson st) did not have a camera. Then, I came to this location and I was told they are short staffed. Mind you, they were not busy and the cashier was just lounging in the front. There were 3 other employees stocking the shelves. How long does it take to take a passport picture? Anyway, this is poor customer service from Walgreens. The girl for not helping our customers should be retrained on customer service! POOR Customer Service!

This pharmacy is terrible! My prescriptions are always delayed. Every time I come in there is a line from the pharmacy to the front of the store. Whenever I go in to pick up they always have some excuse for why it's not ready and then tell me it will be ready the next day. I will come back the next day and wait in that ridiculous line only for them to tell me the same thing. Every month it requires several visits to their store for them to finally fill my prescription. If you can avoid this pharmacy it will save you a lot of headaches and frustration.

This is the second month in a row I've waited an hour in line for my prescription. They are obviously understaffed and management needs to change this

Came by yesterday to order a refill since everything was transferred here and I don't have time to find a decent pharmacy, and I waited in line for 10 minutes with absolutely no movement except the tech pacing on the phone. So I called in my refill. Came by today, again I've been in line 10 minutes. One person has gone up. Another had given up. If I wouldn't go into SSRI withdrawal tomorrow I'd blow this place. Edit: After being in line for 50 minutes my prescription wasn't done! Told yesterday it would be. Refused to even do a partial. They shut the system down and forced most of the line to leave. I get you're busy, This wasn't a surprise. Don't take on what you can't handle.

Staff is ok. But Walgreens absorbed several nearby pharmacies. They then proceeded to route all calls that went to this pharmacy to a call center. The call center would say it'll be filled by late tonight. You go in and then the staff says they have nothing for you and you have to request a refill at the next window and it "should" be filled tomorrow. Walgreens wasn't capable of absorbing those other pharmacies but they did it anyways because it's profitable for them.

The pharmacy staff seems nice enough but after holding over an hour and a half yesterday, they still didn't have my prescription ready for pickup when I came in person today. There were a lot of people waiting. They asked me if I wanted to wait 30 mins (yeah, right) or come back. I said I would come back. It's been almost an hour and a half and it's still not ready. Notably it's the middle of the day on a Tuesday. I've been here before near closing and waited in a very long line. That time, they had my script ready but it was very busy. I would highly recommend a different pharmacy. They're probably wildly understaffed. Next day update: was unable to pick up yesterday because it took actually over 4 hours for them to fill my order. Went today (next day) and I arrived 11:50 to a line 8 deep. To their credit, some of these people were trying like hell to get their prescriptions redirected to another pharmacy since Bartell Drug recently allowed Walgreens to absorb their orders. I also got this notice but am not on any ongoing medications. No one was given any option or warning in advance of this takeover so it's probably created a lot of extra strain on the pharmacy in various ways. Thankfully I was picking up one time med. Since I called in advance two days ago (hold time over an hour and a half), I was told I could use GoodRx. Today the Pharmacy Ops Manager laughed saying she didn't think I could use it. I hope that was worth the potential $10 to the COMPANY you work for - it's not like I'm taking that out of your paycheck! They let me use it after I explained I called previously. This interaction and the long line in the middle of the day on a Wednesday clinched it for me. I will stay far away from this ghetto Walgreens.

This is a review critical of upper management, who I hope will read this. Not the staff at the Broadway x Pike location. Staff are polite, kind, and seem to be working as hard as they can. Three nearby pharmacies recently closed and the staff at this location are overwhelmed. Go somewhere else for vaccines right now, for instance, the Kelley-Ross Pharmacy at The Polyclinic 7th Ave, where I got my Covid vax, where there was no wait. At the Broadway Walgreens you can make an appointment but you are still going to wait. My appointment was at 10am; got the flu shot at about 10:45. Also I had to fill out the same paperwork all over again that I already completed online before I came. The staff here need some help. Are you listening corporate?

I had a prescription sent in by my doc. Walgreens app confirmed they received it. it was still not filled after 6 hours and then they closed and were not open the next day (Sunday). I waited on hold to try to speak to the pharmacy multiple times. The last call was for 40 mins with no answer. Pretty horrible customer service.

We think the customer service at this Walgreens, particularly the pharmacy customer service, is top notch. To a person, the staff are caring and helpful. They have giving us wonderful service, even phone calls to see how we are doing on a new medicine, but also we have seen them speak tenderly to vulnerable people who are having difficulty describing what they need. They exhibit the best customer service that we have experienced anywhere in over 50 years of frequenting pharmacies. We appreciate you Wallgreens at 1531 Broadway! Happy Customers.

This place is close to my home in Capitol Hill. This is where I pick up my prescriptions. Always had a smooth experience here. Only thing is that, there is designated parking at this location. You will have to find street parking.

When you pick up your prescription, you can sometimes wait quite a long time. It can take up to 30 minutes. That happened to me once. But what I find unacceptable is that there is no access to the bathroom. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will look for another pharmacy that is more fair to the customer. If you have some kind of physical problems, you don't want to wait at Walgreens.

The pharmacists are seriously the kindest, most patient workers imaginable. Thanks for all your hard work!

Echoing all of the other poor reviews. I understand places are short staffed but there's no reason for the employees to treat customers the way they do. I've stopped going here to get my prescriptions. They close for longer than I feel like they say online, sometimes i'll come at 3pm and the pharmacy has just decided to be closed so i have to come back another day.. so inconvenient and they really couldn't care less. Also, i just stopped asking questions because every. single. time. the person said "idk". Is it not your job to know if u sell stamps..?
