What an indefensibly worthless pharmacy. My physician called in a prescription Saturday morning and they did not fill it, did not communicate that they wouldn’t fill it, and did not bother to transfer it to another Walgreens that could assist with filling it. And, conveniently for them, they aren’t open on Sunday. How is complete inaction even a remotely appropriate response to receiving a prescription that someone needs that day? How is no communication whatsoever, then being completely closed, acceptable in any form?
Walgreens is an unmitigated disaster, completely reckless with the health of the patients that rely on receiving their medication from this pharmacy. The inefficiency is shameful and everything about this place is a disappointment.
If you cannot fill a prescription, COMMUNICATE WITH THE PATIENT. It is literally the least you can do.

They don't actually email you your passport photo - that's a lie. They'll tell you 30 mins just to get you out of their hair because the poor staff are overworked and underpaid. Just ask for a USB and be kind or don't leave the store until the email is verified. It should be instant or its never, ever coming. I hope this business fails miserably they turn and burn employees and are open about how expendable they are. I honestly feel so bad for anyone working here. GET OUT

Overworked and underpaid staff. Can’t trust the times they give you for pick up. If they say 2:30 it’s 3:30. If they say tomorrow it’s two days. If you get upset they will get rude. They are understaffed and the employees are clearly stressed. Pick another pharmacy if you can. Unfortunately I’m yoked to this one because of insurance.

Too bad you can't give zero stars. The pharmacy at this location is the absolute worst. Incompetent and rude is a bad combination. Avoid at all costs

This pharmacy is LITERALLY THE WORST. THEY NEED TO FIX IT. The staff is sometimes fine and sometimes unprofessional, incompetent, and rude, countless prescriptions are submitted wrong to insurance and get delayed, the line is often so long when you get there... The list goes on. It feels like a gamble as to whether or not you're going to get your medication.
Also the stock in the store part of the Walgreens is trash.
The other (non-pharmacy) staff is lovely. They are totally nice and helpful. They are the only decent thing about this establishment.

Still waiting on my pen needles and my fifth insulin pen you guys owe me. Real sneaky to say I got both boxes when you only gave me one. Almost two months now. Because glad I only have to take my medication that literally keeps me alive.

Overall, the store is pretty good. I wish I could give five stars to the store and Staff and Review the pharmacy separately…, but this is the worst pharmacy!
Every time I pick something up from them, it is wrong! They are so disorganized. They talk to you like you’re a criminal or like your stupid or lying about which medication’s you’re supposed to be picking up and after about 10 minutes of an unnecessarily contentious back-and-forth with them, they always seem to realize that they were mistaken and locate the medication.
You have to call them several times in order to get a medication properly filled and I would never pick anything up that I hadn’t checked on same day. Even then it’s not a sure thing. This is really annoying generally but when I was recovering from surgery and had a more serious health issue, And I needed the right meds and I needed them fast it was completely infuriating, medical negligence.

I have been pleasantly surprised as a new pharmacy customer, forced to transfer from the suddenly closed Rite Aid. So far, I have received needed medications on time with no hassle. Today there was a mistake, but the clerk fixed it in five minutes. I'm not sure how the pharmacy is coping with the onslaught of hundreds of sudden, new customers but so far for me, not bad at all.

Friendly staff (I don't use the pharmacy), but the shelves are always empty. Seems to be a pickup spot for online purchases. If you're in dire need of an item you used to buy in the store: Good Luck.
