If you are a customer, need to use the bathroom, get ready to be humiliated. I had to pee bad, I am from out of town. Was told no at first, when I started crying was still told no. I was hurting, was not able to hold much longer. Was told I had to go to Pikes Market a few blocks away. Now very humiliated and needing to go, and hysterical ann after associate walked me to where bathrooms was. Once again told no by manager. Again started crying, now really hurting, fearing the worse. She stated ok, go, stated something in another language very angerly to the associate. I offered my DL. I very well dressed, obviously not homeless, but let's humiliated our customers. I just made it. I do not get it how people can be so cruel.

This review is for the actual store not the Pharmacy which I hear is a nightmare. The Shelves in the store are half empty. We asked if the store was closing and was told "No why do you ask that???" uh... because there are so many empty shelves. The people at the check out are usually nice so one extra star for that. STOCK the shelves.

Do not use this pharmacy. I have been waiting weeks for my prescription to be filled. I started by calling the pharmacy to check on the status of my prescription and the automated line always said they were still working on it. When I asked to speak with a human to get an ETA, I waited on hold for over 1.5 hours. Finally, I gave up and waited in line at the pharmacy for 45 minutes to try to get a status update on this prescription. The employees were angry that I had come in to speak with them (even though I was very polite). They told me my prescription was not in stock but was scheduled to be delivered in 2 days. It has been 3 weeks and still nothing. They also told me in person that no one is answering the phone due to volume. I understand staffing shortages, and feel bad for the clearly overworked employees, but this is unacceptable. Avoid this pharmacy if you can.

Ghost store. Not enough staff. Shelves often empty. Avoid if possible.

Have spent an hour on hold over the past few days. Can’t reach anyone about my Rx that has been “in process” for a month.

I had my passport photos taken here a week ago and the woman helping me was very kind and patient with the whole process.

The staff here are very friendly and do a good job. But this place absolutely feels like shopping in the soviet union. Lots of empty shelves. Very decrepit store. I don't know what is up with the Walgreens computers but simple things take the employees 1000 steps (especially in the pharmacy). The parking lot is always full even if no one is in the store. There's really no other choice for prescriptions these days. This place is hilarious if you look it at it from the right POV.

Not a good customer experience trying to get a hold of the pharmacy to confirm a prescription I had ordered has been prepared before going to pick it. I’ve tried calling multiple times and each time the representative that answers after several minutes attempts to transfer your call, but there is no response and no option to request a call back. I still haven’t been able to contact them after one week.

I feel bad for the staff, especially the pharmacy techs. It’s pretty obvious that upper management doesn’t care about them. Waiting an hour just to pick up a refill is crazy.

Don’t use this pharmacy. I’ve spent a week being on hold for an hour each day trying to see why my medication is not ready, and I can’t get through to anyone. I’m highly disappointed from the lack of quality customer care and the risk they’re taking by not getting important medications to people when they need them.

I dont understand what is happening at this pharmacy. I never write reviews, but this place is just out of control. The people have been nice, and Im guessing they are understaffed and overworked because they look absolutely miserable and never crack a smile. I also admit to being a layperson, so I dont know what they are doing, but they stand there tapping away at their screens looking miserable and not saying anything FOREVER! Like could you please say what you are doing, or what is happening? Like ok, it will take me a few minutes to get to something, or, or I dont know! Why is the computer so slow, WHAT ARE YOU DOIng? The prescription line will say a medication/Rx is recieved and available, but it is not when I get there. Ive asked a few times for my vaccination log, which should be available at any pharmacy and they dont know how to access it. Last time, he said he would figure it out and get in touch. Nada, again. Just spent 40 minutes on hold. WHAT ARE YOU DOING ON THE PHONE THAT TAKES 40 MINUTES FOR ONE PERSON?! The line tells you there is one person ahead. Two stars because they are nice enough but only two stars because the department appears to be a hot mess otherwise. Im sorry to the workers there if its not your fault. Management- get a hold of things!

The wait at the Pharmacy was close to a half hour today. When I got to the window the Pharmacist told me my Rx would be ready in an hour. I came back in an hour and the line was even longer. Staff at the register told me Walgreens had closed several local Pharmacy's and they were backed up. I tried calling the Pharmacy to preempt standing in line again. No answer while on hold for half an hour. Staff in the store was unable to help. Walgreens might like their new profit margins but they won't include my prescriptions. I used the time in line to move my prescriptions to another non-Walgreens Pharmacy. You should too. No thank you understaffed over subscribed Walgreens.

Waited 2 hours to talk to a pharmacist. On an average day, you wait 45 minutes + to receive your prescription.

Pharmacy can’t manage to keep there things together. Telling people their prescriptions are ready and when you go to pick them up they’re not and they need another day.
