Walgreens is a friendly and well-maintained store with helpful staff who treat customers like family. Many employees have worked there for years and provide excellent service, even in a challenging neighborhood. The store is clean, reasonably stocked, and offers a variety of products including prescriptions, health, beauty, and groceries. Customers appreciate the kind and knowledgeable staff, such as managers and front-end workers, who handle difficult environments with professionalism. The parking lot is convenient, and nearby amenities like T-Mobile and Starbucks add to the positive experience. Overall, Walgreens is a welcoming place with caring employees and a community feel.
Bare shelves, poor customer service. I called needing fairly common sleep supplement (magnesium glycinate) and the staff member told me that it was prescription only, which was not true, and I ended up going across town to pick it up at CVS. Disaster of a store

So lucky to have this store and its crews nearby. The store and pharmacy are staffed by very hard working and customer service based employees but it’s a large store that gets gravid fast. With Amazon Fresh closed, the area needs the resources offered even more.

A truly awful experience to get a prescription here. Always a long wait, staff errors, and shortages. The elderly Chinese lady in front of me in line got the completely wrong medication from the clerk and was charged for it, requiring her to call an interpreter and waiting again for a refund
