I'm always I've always been a client the employees know me I shop you're on a frequent basis but tonight there was a new lady her name is amena that doesn't speak English very well and she being rude I was trying to tell her they were trying to charge me grocery bags I use EBT and I guess that there's a new management and I have a pharmacy I use the pharmacy here and the lady up at the cashier was being rude they have new management and I want her to be addressed that you don't talk to people like that especially regular customers that have been going their way before that she's been here working here she is described as a elderly lady that talks Russian very very very very very very very very very very very rude she was combative towards me I was just trying to explain to her you can't charge money when you buy groceries you can't charge for grocery bags

I like that store but there is an elderly lady who is racist, everything is perfect I hope and talk to her otherwise you will be losing customers

This is for the middle aged cashier with the green/blue glasses! First of all WHAT A CHAMP. I have been here checking out in all sorts of chaos and he has been so kind and patient with every customer regardless of what’s going on. He also is very aware of conditions in the area because he lives in the area. Just a kind human doing his best at place that is rough to work at. PAY HIM MORE

I would give this pharmacy a 0 if I could. My wife and I have put in very time sensitive prescriptions, and every time we’ve had to go into the store and ask them to look in their system and fill it. They don’t pick up the phone either. I’ve also never seen an actual pharmacist working there, only regular store employees. Choose any other pharmacy if you actually care about getting your stuff on time without begging for it.

If I could rate this pharmacy lower than a 1 I would. Usually I am pretty lenient, but this pharmacy is never ready. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t have my prescription ready on time ever. The amount of times I’ve gone in to pick it up only to be told it won’t be ready yet has been more than a few. Avoid this pharmacy if you value your time and health

my prescriptions were supposed to be ready 3 hours ago. the pharmacy clerk told me the pharmacist wanted to speak to me about my prescription. he made me wait twenty minutes to tell me that it would be ready tomorrow morning. as soon as I left, I got a text saying my prescription was ready. this is far from the first time something like this has happened at this walgreens. so frustrated

The costumer service at the pharmacy is awful. A waste of time trying to get my prescription here. Definitely won’t come back.
