I came in today to get passport photos around 4:15pm two ladies behind the counter they did NOT look busy to me I waited 25 minutes they never even asked can I help you with something ? one lady walking around she saw me at least 7 times I finally asked her hey do you work here ? she acted like she did NOT understood me I pointed to the banner I am here for some passport photos she says I am at cashier. I said OK but the two ladies behind the counter were not talking moving around like robots one lady was carrying bag of food she looked like Hispanic and girl was with her NOT sure if she was at lunch. I asked how long shall I came back later ? I am NOT sure if they are all on drugs they don,t understand customer service at all my question why is this store even open ? 45 minutes into this ordeal I drove to the other location at 16th Ave SW and the guy behind the counter assisted me with my needs in less than five minutes. I explained to this employee my ordeal and asked for the name of the MGR at the other location He said Janelle I called the store 3 times asking to speak with the MGR name Janelle lady who answered said she is NOT here. OK can I leave a message ? she yelled at me repeated herself she is NOT here I understand you clearly I just want to leave a message. This lady acted like she did NOT know what I was saying I finally hung up but I really wanted to ask the MGR directly who hires these people ? they have NO business in working in customer service stay away from this Store I will NOT go back

Terrible service. Particularly, I have experienced the worst service, worst attitude, and lowest communication skills I have ever seen in an employee from a new lady who works there. I miss the guy at the register. He was so kind and helpful.

This place is TWICE as expensive as pretty much everywhere else. Crazy. $8 for 4oz of GENERIC children’s Tylenol.

Found what we needed but they are seriously understaffed.
Company also removed their DEI guidelines from website while claiming to still advocate. Probably have to shop elsewhere. Not recommended.

My medicine is available to pick up almost immediately in less than an hour after the doctor sent the prescription here. There are so many staffs and were no waiting line when I pick it up

Worst Walgreens ever! Items are always out of stock and the pharmacy wait to refill a prescription last time I tried was 5 days. Five days after the two days I waited before I called to check on it. Just shut this one down and use the land for something useful or put some money and resources into this store Walgreens!

I come here often (usually after school) and I’m pretty much a local there. The workers are very sweet (I don’t know their names unfortunately) and I always enjoy the little comments they give me either about my stuffed animal shark or the snack I’m buying or sometimes my clothes. Very wholesome bunch of people.

To the lady who checked me out on 4/25/24 around 615 did a great job. Friendly, efficient, asked if I wanted to use rewards(most the time I have to ask if I have any). She also looked very nice and professional, I can tell she takes her job seriously. I hope all your employees know they are great, she's not the only one. Good customer service all around

They called someone to help me open a locked product multiple times and it took about 10 minutes to get help… not a great customer experience.

If you need passport photos , this is not the spot. I just called ahead to make sure they were doing it and was told 'sometime in the afternoon', I asked if that was normal and she told me 'i have no idea what is normal to you' and hung up on me. What I meant was Are these your normal passport photo hours, but apparently she's in a bad mood today. This was after calling and waiting on hold for 10 minutes only to have someone pick up and hang up on me, starting the awful loop of the same 30 seconds of a paula abdul song. I'm sure she's a nice person, just not today and not to me.
