The Northgate pharmacy is incompetent, not to mention one of their staff is probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with. You would think she’s not getting paid…Anyways, if you want your meds make sure you call in your refill five days prior and double check before going to pick them up. They won’t be ready.

Always happy to see Ms. Regina working up front. She very nice and very patient. Just seeing her makes my shopping so much easier. She has great customer service and always greets with a smile. Ya'll need more people like Ms.Regina. Keep up the great work.

The wait call for pharmacy is over 1 hr with 2 people a head. Very poor customer service and very lazy to respond. The worst place to get your prescription.

The wait call for pharmacy is way too long more than 35 minutes and nobody gets back to you. It seems like the machine has been put on automatic to keep your waiting with no response. Poor customer service

Ahh, the Northgate Walgreens, where you can not only see the aftermath of crimes but get a chance to report crimes in progress! On the other hand, I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff—always friendly and doing their best in a difficult situation. Walgreens needs to hire security for this store! Pharmacy waits were long after another Walgreens closed, but they seem to be getting better. The last two times I’ve been in, there’s one person in line, tops, and I don’t wait long.

Wow, let's have a store that is a profit-seeking corporation that sells stuff you don't really need, such as junk food that makes you so unhealthy that you need prescription drugs that, again, you buy at this place... ...the reason I go here is to get healthy supplements.

Second time for passport photos in the past year, and the staff member knew exactly what is required for an acceptable photo. Regina was a pleasure to interact with and was very cheerful. Love the digital version since online renewal is required most times for a passport.
Sign inside states passport photos between 10a and 6p.
Great service

This Walgreens is HORRIBLE. The pharmacy never has my prescription ready even days after I get an email saying it's ready. The shelves are never stocked inside the store either and there are always druggies hanging around inside stealing stuff

Don’t go there! My son needed a critical medication and called on am being told it was available and would be ready in 2 hours. Came 4 hours later and waited 2 Hours in line. Pharmacist said there was none. Told her the story and she looked in the back and came out with the brand he uses but said he could not have it as it was not in the system. She put an X on the box and refused to give it to him. It as not expired. It was not an insurance issue.

They have half their stock in lockboxes but when you press the button for assistance nobody comes.

Yall the staff here are unhinged.
Went in today to grab something (which they didn’t have lol) and we were immediately greeted by a lady, which would be fine normally but she was weirdly aggressive with it which was red flag number one (this will come into play later.)
We went over to the pharmacy to look for the item we came for, while over there my boyfriend and I were standing next to a shelf while I was looking up one of the products on my phone. Two men walk by, both in suits, presumably management. One asks if we need help with anything, but it was in a tone that clearly implied he was asking to discourage theft (I’ve worked retail jobs, they all train you to do the same thing to discourage shoplifting.) Which is really weird considering we were in an area that was a direct line of sight to the pharmacy, was well lit, and very much not a spot you’d expect someone to try and steal something. Anyways.
We didn’t find what we needed, so we browsed the other aisles. Shortly after we heard the aggressive greeter screeching down the aisle at someone, asking if they needed help. Clearly management trains their employees in the same ill-applied tactics. The guy proceeded to say he couldn’t hear her well, considering she was halfway across the store, and apparently this pissed her off because she immediately copped an attitude with him and snottily repeated her question. To which he told her he was blind and that he could definitely use some help getting things off the shelf. She is for some reason skeptical and is rude to this guy, suddenly accuses him of insulting her, and physically removes the items from this guys hands. Then he (rightfully) is upset with her, and she says she’s going to call the cops. At that point we left because why would I give them my money? Their staff is absolutely insane.
As other reviews have said, their pharmacy is god awful. The one time I tried to pick something up there I think we waited in line for over an hour? The pharmacy tech had no idea what she was doing. I heard the pharmacist asking her how tf she didn’t know how to do this one thing when she’d been working there for as long as she had been.
Walgreens needs to cut their losses and close this location. Let your staff go terrorize customers at another store and hopefully someone else will buy the building and do something decent with it.

Understaffed, understaffed, understaffed. But often busy, especially the pharmacy, which is also understaffed. Often in need of repairs that take weeks to occur.

Pharmacy closed early without a simple call to customers to advise them of the early close. Sent me a notification to pick up my prescription, so I drove all the way from Everett to find pharmacy closed. Would have been a simple courtesy to call or message customers of the change....
