My husband has been waiting for 11 days to get his albuterol inhaler prescription filled still not ready. Have tried calling numbersous times and waited on Hold for over an hour cannot get anyone to answer. Their automated call option just keeps saying they are working on it! Do your self a favor use a different pharmacy (if you can find one) they all suck anymore. Would hate to actually have to try and get a life saving medication filled here!

Don’t send your prescriptions here!I was automatically transferred to this pharmacy after another pharmacy closed without warning. This location clearly couldn’t handle the influx of clients they must’ve gotten. The lines are always long (10-15+ people), but trying to get through via phone can mean being on hold for up to an hour (not an exaggeration). The staff are fine, and I understand how busy they must be. Every time I went in person there was some customer being aggressive with the pharmacy staff. It’s really unfortunate that the staff have to deal with the fallout of so many pharmacies in the area closing. Just take your prescriptions elsewhere and save yourself (and the staff) the headache.

Lines are insanely long at this pharmacy now, as they are taking over several other stores' worth of patients ever since the string of recent closures, and they don't have the staff to manage the influx of patients. Plan on getting prescriptions filled elsewhere until the situation improves.

I was unable to acquire a 2 pack of Walgreens brand DayQuil without asking an employee to unlock a plastic cabinet. They claim this is due to theft but in reality it is record breaking corporate profit losses being excused as petty theft…. Embarrassing for Walgreens and I will shop elsewhere until this is corrected

Had an appointment to get my kids vaccinated and even with an appointment we had to wait in the regular line which was very long with only 1 person initially staffed to tend to it. After waiting in line we had to wait for paperwork. After turning in paperwork we had to wait to be called. Start to finish we were there 2 hours and missed our next commitment.

Do not use this pharmacy. We used the Lake City store for years, but they closed the drive-through so we started going to Bartells in Lake City as it was a little closer. Then a week ago that Bartells closed down literally while I was picking up my prescription. The lights went out. I asked the pharmacist what we were supposed to do for all of our meds? He said Bartells had sold all of the accounts to the Walgreens on Northgate way. And we should go there for our pharmacy meds. They have yet to fill one rx and we've made 4 trips to pick it up waiting at least 25 minutes in a long line each time. I have no confidence in the short-staffed crew, pharmacists or management at this store. There is no respect for the customer and it feels like it's just about the buck. This company over-promises what an obviously staff shortage can not provide.

Extremely poor service lately just because they are attending way too many ppl or their system is not designed to handle influx of shut down of other business around the State. The Pharmacist kept refusing every single person on the window with wild / ambigious answers. They don't have enough resources to check on insurance coverage. They don't know where to call; whom to address and for every single thing "Their system" can't see any coverages on insurance. I would request the management to revisit systems that are long due for updates to speak or connect with rest Healthcare systems.

Do not go to this pharmacy. There is always a VERY LONG LINE that wraps around the aisle and they only have one cashier to process prescriptions. Their notifications about medication being ready is inconsistent and they don't refill everything that the Dr.'s ordered. You have to ask your Dr. to re-request for the prescription. It is SO ANNOYING to just be in line for 30-45 minutes just to pick up one bottle of medicine. Don't go here if you don't want your mood to go bad.

Longest lines at the pharmacy window of any pharmacy I've used. Once I didn't have to wait, but typically there are more than five in line, and some with complicated time-consuming problems. The Rewards system for the front of the store couldn't be more confusing.

Never had the prescriptions I need and won’t order them for me so had to switch to another pharmacy. In a pinch I had to unfortunately use this pharmacy again and it’s taking forever to fill my basic prescriptions and the pharmacist won’t give an estimated fill time I’m really sick and just waiting .. they just continue to say it’ll be ready soon and nothing….

Had an appt for a vaccine. They were very busy but it took more than an hour. I will never go there again. No wonder they had open appointments when other pharmacies were booked out for 2 weeks.

Do not go to this pharmacy. The lines are long (10 people to 15) and there is only one cashier to process the prescriptions. They are inconsistent with medication text notifications. When your Dr. orders a prescription, they say they did not get anything so you have to re-request your Dr. to send in the prescription again. If you don't want your mood to get bad, I suggest going to another pharmacy, because you waste SO MUCH TIME just to do a pick up at this Walgreens.

This is now my pharmacy after Walgreens made the bright idea decision to close the Lake City location. There is no drive-through and they are completely understaffed. How will they handle the influx of new pharmacy customers? I imagine not well. What has happened to drugstores? It used to be good experience but now it's just a drag - understaffed and understocked. Going back to mail order.

Do yourself a favor, don't make an appointment for a vaccine here--in fact, don't come here at all. We had a 5:00 appointment and they ran more than two and a half hours late. No explanation, no apology, no chairs. This location also comes with the added bonus of a trash-covered parking lot, a sketchy neighborhood, and the usual assortment of eight-balls that Walgreens seems to attract. While we waited a gentleman came in fresh out of surgery to get his oxycodone scrip filled--sorry, all out. When he asked if another Walgreens had it, they said he had to call around himself. Poorly managed, done with the entire franchise. Never again.
