I was VERY impressed with the exceptional service provided by Rosie and Matt at this Walgreens.
I had been remiss in picking up a small photo book by over three months.
Rosie guided me with a friendly smile and caring manner to Matt who went to extremes to find my order. Kudos to these kind and caring professional staffers

I have been trying to get a script here for months. My doctor keeps sending it over and they say they have no record of it at this pharmacy. I only have issues with this ONE script. My doctor has tried to resend it multiple times.

Awful experience this morning at this Walgreens (Pike St, Seattle)
I stopped by quickly this morning to buy a few things before catching my next bus. I went in fast and didn’t notice the carts, since I was in a rush. I planned to buy four Maruchan soups and some cookies to have with coffee. Since I only had two hands, I put two soups in my bag while I kept shopping.
The security guard started following me, saying what I was doing was “very suspicious” and told me to take the soups out of my bag. He continued to follow me around the store and even out the door, treating me like a thief.
I’ve shopped here many times and have never stolen anything. I was treated terribly, and it was completely disrespectful and humiliating. That guard’s behavior was absolutely inappropriate. I will not be returning to this Walgreens again.

Area plagued by drug issues. I returned an empty box I purchased yesterday. After 11 PM, the vicinity outside the store is filled with fentanyl addicts and unruly individuals. A guy tried to argue with me while I was waiting in line at the register. Oh my, it's getting worse every day.

Terrible experience. As a tourist, I walked in but was immediately suspected of stealing and thrown out for no reason. They should observe customers’ behavior after they enter, not unfairly judge them before they even have a chance to shop. Rude, unprofessional security guards—avoid this Walgreens at all costs. Zero stars.

The schedule says the store opens at seven. I got off the bus thinking I could pick up something and be on time for work sure with enough to spare but Walgreens didn’t decide to open till 7:10 when their arm guard arrived. Associates gather what they want for the day bring it up to the front talk laugh while waiting for the guard and while people were forming outside ready to enter the store at 7 AM. I called the store and asked him why they weren’t open the associate informed me that they have to wait until until the guard arrives so I asked her so if the guard is late for work, you can’t open the door. She says it’s at the discretion of the manager. I’ve worked at retail. I have never heard of this so if the guard calls out, Walgreens doesn’t open? And then they had the audacity to have an attitude with people being aggravated that they’re late. Terrible terrible customer service I like some of the associates more so afternoon and during the weekday but the weekend people are terrible. Don’t like any of them, the managers irresponsible and afraid to open the store and do his job. If you can’t do the job do not work at the store. Shameful.

How are you going to let some unlicensed, dirty looking, obviously unstable looking security guard hurass a customer? EVERYONE IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION NEEDS TERMINATED. Every other guest saw what was happening yet no employee?! I can't wait till every person's name involved in this mess is publicly named so the trolling can truly began.... I'm talking to you, manager.

Put a security Guard on a black girl just trying to get her ADHD prescription and told her she’s going to jail for stealing, even though she did not steal anything. Disgusting to see the whole department was part of it and telling him they saw her on camera when she in fact, did not steal anything.

At this Walgreens I am treated like an annoyance, not as a customer.I waited on the phone 90 minutes and the entire time it said there were two people ahead of me. I guess nobody at this Walgreens cares about checking the phone. When I finally got to speak to the pharmacist all they told me was that my prescription was not available for refill and to check tomorrow. I have been consistently calling them and asking for a refill for over a month. I was hung up on before I could even ask why I was on hold for 90mins, or whether it’s better to call or ask in person about my prescription status.

Not ADA accessible. This store has an upstairs but only an escalator. Their elevator doesn't work. As a Walgreens employee and single woman traveling and using a walker, I found it most inconvenient to just get some pain reliever.
