Yobani is fantastic! He helped us throughout our stay—always professional and polite. We were very satisfied with our room, especially the stunning views. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to everything, with most places within a 10–15 minute walk. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. If we visit Seattle again, we’ll choose to stay Warwick.

Place does what it needs. The front desk staff are not very polite, kind or professional. Place needs a real etiquette overhaul, maybe hire some friendly front desk people not Woke like behavior ones.
Rest of staff was fine but after checking in with an an extremely unpolite kid and checking out with an equally as snotty staff I felt this was a needed review.

Old school charm :) Staying at the Warwick felt like being at a lovely old hotel in Europe. Unlike so many reviewers, my experience was positive all around. From the pleasant response to phone inquiries before arrival to the warm smiles and welcome from the parking attendants, security guards and front desk personnel. My room did not feel dated in the least, it was fresh, clean & well stocked. The great parking rate in such an accessible location downtown is reason enough to consider the Warwick! If you want a stay that is not cookie-cutter chain hotel, stay here!

Exceptional Service!
I had a fantastic stay, and I have to give a special shoutout to Marquez, service was absolutely top-notch .checking-in was super smooth, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, he made me feel welcome and well taken care of. Hospitality like his is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you, Marquez, for making my stay memorable!

The room and customer service were great!
BUT...... After I got in the hot tub. I noticed there has been little to no cleaning done to it. 🤮

Had an absolutely great time at the hotel. The staff was very friendly the rooms were clean and the location was amazing. It was an equal walk to the Space Needle and/or Pike Place market. The pool was a little smaller than expected but the kids didn’t notice, and had a blast.

I booked two rooms first room the toilet seat was coming apart and the fire sprinkler had a giant hole above shower not sure what's going on there. Not the cleanest place.
2nd room was nicer but stunk like something was died in it or something.
For the price you think they can fix this place up little better
