The company I work for uses waterfront to pay us for “vacation fund”Several of my coworkers have had fraudulent transactions on their accounts and now me!My card stays in a safe and I only use it to withdraw cash from trusted ATMS…Something is fishy, someone is leaking information or they have horrible security

Nothing but problems with this credit union. First they didnt input my ss# correctly and i couldnt activate my card. Then i try to use the phone teller to check my account. It says my account doesnt exist even though im using my paperwork they literally just mailed me. The phone automated system doesnt even work correctly and transfered me to the wrong person. If it wasnt for the union. I wouldnt go near this bank

This credit union made a wrong transaction on my account. The bank did not call to inform me of the tellers mistake, but instead had the money withdrawn from my account making my account negative. Leaving me with $700 to replace out of pocket. How can I trust this bank again with my transactions. As of today i am waiting for Michelle Langelier Cropley to contact me about this situation as the manager blamed another bank when waterfront was the one who made the error.

My husband's union uses this bank to give him his vacation pay check. We don't even have debit cards or checks for the account. The union deposits the money, we draw the money out by having waterfront credit union write us and mail us a check. The last check they wrote us BOUNCED. They now claim the money was never in the account to cover the check THEY WROTE us for money that VERY MUCH was in the account. Hence why they wrote us the check in the first place. Basically Waterfront credit union ROBBED us of 350.00, actually they robbed us of 375.00 because they charged us a non sufficient funds fee for a check written to cash out our balance. Of course we also got charged a 25.00 fee from our actual bank as well, so make that 400.00. This bank is a scam, stay far far away! They will screw you over and make no excuses.

I have been a customer with them for 2 years. The account was set up for my vacation pay through my union. I got charged a $25 over draft fee (first one ever) and I call and ask them to remove it because the transaction that over drew me was not authorized by me. Customer service told me they would not reimburse me until I got transaction credited back to my account. There was also money in my savings account when I contacted them.

Life will surely teach you lesson before you will experience the good part of it, I have a bad experience falling from one scam to another until I read up a post about Mrs. victoria crypto, I was still in doubt kept seeing many testimony's of her good work so I was convinced and decided to give it a try and I gave in my last shot and invested $2000 for a start, she really played are own part of the deal as she promised me, now I have gotten my second withdrawal without paying for other charges fee like others account manager, If you are searching for an honest account manager, search no more and add up Mrs. victoria crypto who taught me all I needed to know, thank you ma,am and may you have strength to continue to help others like you did for me. At a bank you’re just a number, while at WFCU they know us by name, they go the extra mile to help you out with whatever issue you may have. On top of that, they have been incredibly quick at locking your credit cards when they suspect any fraudulent use of it, and equally quick at activating it again if confirmed safe, or issue you a new card if not.

They are deceptive and shady. I've had three auto loans through them. My vehicle was totaled and after they realized they weren't going to make near what they thought in interest they told me I had to retroactively pay for a full month of their insurance at six times my normal rate because it took me three weeks after I purchased it to insure it. This was over a month AFTER the vehicle was totaled by a fire. They where keen to let it slide until they lost their end. They of course assured me my GAP would cover the insane amount, and that all payments made after the vehicle was totaled would be refunded. I made three payments at my new inflated installment rate due to the forced insurance for a non existent vehicle and none have been refunded thus far. If your the type to skip dinner and a movie and get straight to business, this is the bank for you! Just don't expect them to call you back...
