Avoid this location at all cost. I have banked with WF for over 30 years. The bankers on Aurora are inept, incompetent, and racially profile. My experience today has left me sickened. Fernando Gallego, Theo Tarver, should be utterly ashamed. WF is scraping the bottom of the barrel. WF on greenwood would NEVER have been this unprofessional. The hookers on Aurora are probably better at knowing how to handle a transaction than these fools.

They wouldn't let me buy quarters without having an account. Chase doesn't do that. Wells Fargo has a bad reputation and they don't seem to do anything to try to fix it.

Would give no stars if possible - Carolina the manager was incredibly rude to me. Wanted to make a basic withdrawal and she only said I could take out half. This is one of the biggest Wells Fargo branches in Seattle and they can't accommodate a simple withdrawal. She also uttered profanities to me in Spanish. Grigory - the new teller was also incredibly rude to me as well. He kept interrupting me as well. I am honestly getting sick of backing with Wells Fargo - Carolina and Grigory so rude to me. Never coming back to this location.

They've been my bank for a very long time always great customer service. But since they've be vandelized several times already and the homeless seem to camp out there I'm very cautious about which way I walk ..and to be on alert..

The banker who "assisted" us couldn't manage a simple job. Adding a signature. Took Many consultations with the manager were required.

I lost my entire wallet and phone (imagine my frenzy). Walked into this branch in person to freeze my debit card. The only person that greeted me with a smile was the outsourced security guard. Friday morning, busy, but only 2 tellers and 1 banker around. My teller was not friendly. I told him my situation (mentioned my phone is lost as well) and he asked "Do you have a phone? You'll be able to order a new card on your app.) Seriously??? I went to T-Mobile across, got a phone, came back in and realized I should be able to speak with a banker or a manager, to go through same/no ID required verification process they provide over the phone, right? I mean common sense and I'm already there. I sat down in waiting area to the banker. She finished up with a client and started walking towards me. Except, she kept walking, without greeting or asking if I need her assistance. I had to say "Excuse me, I believe you would be able to help me?" She looked annoyed (literally slight eye roll) and said "Give me just a minute", walked through a door tellers, 15 minutes later never came back!!! I was SO pissed!!! I guess it that non-caring attitude is a virus, because they all act as if they hate Wells Fargo brand and don't wanna be there! Go to Greenwood Branch on 145th. At least they will be happy to see you and smile entire time.

Stay far away from this branch as you can. I withdrew $200 (received 4x $50 bills) and asked for denominations of $1/$5/$10/$20's. Can you guess the answer from the tellers? "No, sorry". I asked to speak to a manager? Tellers response? "She's busy" I drove to KeyBank no more than 45 ft away, they gladly exchanged my money to the preferred denomination.

Absolute worst management I have ever experienced in the 14 years I have been a customer with Wells Fargo.... (they don't even deserve the one star I'm required to select) I have multiple business accounts (20+) and personal accounts with Wells Fargo and now two days in a row I have had to leave work early to attend my prescheduled appointments with this branch only for them to completely waste my time... how are you going to double book when it booked online? Absolutely unprofessional. Very close to moving my business away from Wells Fargo. Avoid the branch on Aurora if possible the new management is a complete fail.

Carolina Cortes French assisted me in retrieving my safety deposit box contents. These had been in cold storage for 2 years after a branch closure. I didn't even have to visit the branch. They mailed it right to me at no additional charge.
