Hi guys!
I absolutely cannot believe how incredibly warm, patient and truly kind James is.
This review comes two days later but let me tell you something,
THIS MAN CARES !
I AM RIDICULOUSLY BLESSED BY GOD
James is one of the most sincere and assuring men I've ever seen in any brand of bank or financial institutions...hell, ANYWHERE!
I absolutely LOVE this location and I FIND THE MANAGEMENT TO BE INCREDIBLY GOOD AT BRINGING THEIR BESTS, BEST PEOPLE...EVERY SINGLE TIME!
RELENTLESS... KINDNESS AND UNWAVERING SUPPORT, you guys ROCK!!
I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT as very few others do have my pedigree in service to self and others and people business as I do. What an absolutely beautiful location and view, I could move in.
I would work here for free all day long!
Thank You James!
Terrence

The first person I talked to, James Mack was of no help at all. Just gave me his card and told me to call a phone number. Not very professional. Luckily Arris came through and solved my issue.

Docusign, a San Francisco company that went public in 2018 has something to do with proprietary electronics and signatures and bought the whole thing in 2020. The Center is more commonly known as The Wells Fargo Center and the building was built in 1983 and is somewhat like a six sided chisel, 47 stories up with continuous rings of glass visors stacked on top, one floor by one like plates. Lots going on...
What do I like about my Wells Fargo experience...?
I know exactly what I like and for one, I used to visit here thirteen years ago and it was much more of a financial district, perfectly what you'd expect inside as far as interior. Cool, grey, trench coats, briefcases and no romance, no intrigue to use those as design terms. That's the only thing I remember feeling as I was there to do bank stuff but not included.
The revised lobby is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL with plants that pull the largess together, softened illuminations but gone are florescents for curves, polished woods and beautiful furnitures. As I walk to through the space the intrigue of four way vestibules, out pop people like gophers who bop around the elevators...so you shimmy and sidle and as you break free from the landings there is an open space of washed tables, long and as if they are on a river you must wade through unto shallow waters, splash, splosh...rocks and an open cavern of monochrome browns, beige and very light plush walls lighted warmly by soffits, vertical and down and rectangular panes paint the theater in round. You are a shipwreck of sorts in awe, an optimist!
A massive formation and a vast carpeted lawn of stretched out before you... it's more than a bank, this branch exists in too. It's like a futurists bank meets barn but with an incredible view in front of you. I wish I could see the other floors and the entire renovated interior so incredibly...it pulls you out into it, softens you, roots you in soil and emotes cooperation, business or truly relaxing...THIS. MITHUN absolutely gave everything to this design, all cylinders simultaneously, it's perfect and an incredible strip, an opulent forage!
It can get better, even. Everyone here makes sense and are kind, decor too. And as an old friend, the everkind, clear, sincere and resilient Sophie waits, creates and regulates her own uncompromising brand of welcome, teller and serene mage. A natural talent- that if you take the journey here into your senses beyond balances, drafts and transactions and rush hours will literally leave you feeling free, cared for, unrushed, perhaps a laugh too. Sophie and her skill and talent is a confident employee of the Wells Fargo brand and she's refined it, owns it too. A center with heart, intelligence, happiness and enthusiasm add to your day and these designs are uniquely her own. Thanks again, Sophie! This is a wonderful place.

Don’t go here. I work in this building and thought that hey, it’s a bank. They can help me get some smaller bills instead of the 20s and 50s their atm machine charges a fee for. Waited in line for the one person working and they will only change out $20 max if you are not a Wells Fargo customer. Another reason to never be a Wells Fargo customer. The bank literally created fake accounts for people and won’t even TRY to act like a real bank. Wish this bank was not in the building where I work.

On Friday Mar 1st at about 4:25, I went to the 999 3rd Ave branch in Seattle with a large check to deposit, thinking that in person would be more secure than an ATM. There was no line. It was all standard procedure, a deposit with no cash back, until the teller said she could not finish the deposit because she "needed authorization" and I should "take a seat in the lobby". She picked up her phone and started calling someone. I sat down and checked my email on my phone. Over 10 minutes later, she was still on the phone. I went to her station and asked what was the matter, and she said, "the picture on the check has changed", then she went to the back and faxed the check to someone, asking on the phone, "did you get it"? I went to another teller and asked to speak to the manager. He said she was busy with another customer (she was). So I waited some more. My teller was still on the phone and the other teller had gone to her station to see what was happening. I went to her station and repeated that I didn't need any cash back, and they can just give me a deposit receipt and do their verification later. The other teller said "we need to follow procedures". I was really exasperated and said it has been 20 minutes for a simple deposit and I didn't have time to wait. And my original teller was STILL on the phone. At this point the other teller said, "well, if you need to go, you can just deposit the check in the ATM". So I took the check, deposited it in the ATM and 30 seconds later I was on my way, with $2500 of my deposit immediately available. The next day, the check cleared and the full amount was in my account. So what the hell is going on here? What authorization did she need? Who was she talking to? What does it mean that "the picture changed"? WHY DID IT TAKE 20 MINUTES JUST TO TELL ME I COULD HAVE USED THE ATM??? I've been at Wells for longer than both tellers have been alive, I have twice that amount in my account, and this service was totally amateur. I will recommend to people that they don't do business here.

Wells Fargo's central location is really great and has had some really easy interactions with bankers who are really kind and gentle. They (Lee-Norah and several of her people) are absolutely wonderful and much easier and more community banking oriented than three other banks I have worked with.

The building has no regard for the fact there is a bank inside. I could not cash a check because they would not let me in the lobby with my dog I was walking. Security in this building is extremely rude and dismissive and now I have no money for the entire weekend since all Wells Fargo's in Seattle are closed Saturday and Sunday. You need a separate entrance or some other way regular people can enter this public branch without being subject to the ridiculous rules of a private office building with callous, rude security personnel.

I was surprised after banking with WF for over 15 years they would not cash a $10k check for me. On top of closing the branch nearest my house, forcing me to move most of my money to Kitsap CU, Wells Fargo has done nothing but try to hit me with fines. Staff treats me as if I am an untrustworthy customer and is not willing to put in the time or effort to help me.

Why does anyone do business with Wells Fargo? They've made it clear they can't be trusted with your money. Or any bank for that matter. When they're not blowing up the global economy, cheating vets out of their houses, knowingly doing business with terrorists and drug cartels, losing billions of their customer money in drunken trades, etc. etc., their normal lawful business is AWFUL for consumers. Go to a credit union! Not only will you bet better service, better rates, better policies, you'll literally be making the world a better place.

Clean, security presence, and Starbucks. Construction is slightly annoying. Tower is full of snooty people but can't blame the facility for that.
