This is the second time I have visited this bank to cash a moneygram/postal order. Please note the items I am cashing are money orders or postal orders. The policy for this branch is to deposit the money orders/postal orders and then wait to cash it out. I advised that is backwards as money was literally used to purchase the money grams/Postal orders. The cashier proceeded to explain that as per Moneygram it was their policy that it had to be deposited. I just went to my priority bank and they cashed the same moneygram without any issue. Be better Wells Fargo do not invent arbitrary rules to block Certain people from using your services. The optics look weird and very elitist.

Wonderful people and they even have photos of the doggies in the neighborhood on the wall. They got a bad problem(stolen Identity) solved almost immediately and dealt with the direct deposit issues. We trust them in every which way. They even called us back when we got everything done just to see how we were doing. If I could hug them I would.

Jay Tsai was so helpful, very kind and understanding (great conversation). He was able to help me with a fraudulent charge on my card very quickly. Everyone else working was also very kind!

Jay Tsai telephoned me about my complaint yesterday. I had sent a letter to the 3rd Avenue Branch Customer Service Manager about my recent inability to get access to my safety deposit box in the Belltown Branch due to its temporary closure. That manager had passed on the assignment to Mr. Tsai. I found him to be very receptive, apologetic, and willing to offer some answers to my dilemma. Unfortunately we are now relocated as "snowbirds" in Tucson, AZ, not returning to the Northwest until 2021. We agreed on a solution--both marking calendars and noting a rendezvous sometime in the near future to gain access to my box. I want to go on record that the Belltown Branch should have taken the initiative to let all box owners know of the closure. I can access my banking account at any time at any WF branch nationwide, BUT not my box. It is not advantageous to change my safety box to another branch at this time, so that is not the answer.I give zero stars for Belltown branch, and 3 to Mr. Tsai. He did what he could to make me feel a valued customer, yet this was not his fault. Please be aware of this event and have the branches keep a "heads up."Mary Umstot

By far the worst bank around. If you don't look like them all neat and racist. they won't cash your check this is the third different Wells Fargo I've been to and hadihad with them because I'm not a white boy and my chicks aren't pennies so they figure somebody like me can't make that much money I guess
