The staffs both bankers and tellers are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and are eager to serve to help with clients financial needs. I am highly appreciative their enthusiasm to help with eagerness.

Last week I had to visit this Wells Fargo branch. I had never been in but I will say I will 100% return to handle my bank business here. Rodrigo the branch manager went above and beyond to assist me with getting a check verified that was going to take almost 2 weeks. I’m a single mom and my youngest child’s birthday is today and because of Rodrigo doing everything in his power and not giving up we’re able to celebrate her.
These days good customer service is hard to come by but Rodrigo and the team at this branch confirmed that GREAT customer service is still out there.

I went here two times for two different issues. First: a withdrawal. The banker was extremely rude just because my first language is not English. I told him to speak slow so I could understand him and he kept making fun of it.Second: I tried to open a savings account and they were not helpful at all. I ended up not getting any savings account.You should revaluate go to another Wells Fargo. The bankers are not helpful and rude.

The tellers and security staff are very cordial. But I had an extremely bad experience with the banker. I was accompanying my husband to open a bank account with WF and he kept us treating like fraudsters. Will never ever visit this branch for sure.

Went there to open an account today. The banker was rude beyond measure and a total piece of work. This interaction felt as if I was being interrogated and scrutinized for I don’t know what reason. This wasn’t the case when I had visited another branch earlier. Avoid this branch, there are many better ones around Seattle.

I had a very positive experience here. The employees were very attentive and nice, efficient and pleasant service. There are a lot of poor reviews for things that aren't bank related like trash on the street nearby. That doesn't reflect on the good service they have inside.

Horrible bank. I was involved in a bank fraud and they are taking their time . I wanted to freeze the account somebody set for me without my concent. Horrible bank

Trash everywhere, property is not maintained, the touch screen on the ATM is NASTY, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years & overall just a disgusting experience. Recommend using another location.

They are the worst neighbor. Their property is a dumping ground for trash and debris. If they are closed, then they should remove all their trash, lock the green trash station on their property and maintain the property like a responsible business. They are creating a health hazard as well as an eyesore.
