Teller Nasra the most incompetent worker I've ever met, she didn't know how to give me cash, she asked me to wait for another worker who was in line! Thanks to personal banker Ty, he solved the problem

Do Just a Little Homework on WF First You don't need to spend much time or read many pages before you realize what a mistake it is to trust WF with your business. They are in the news again and again and again, facing criminal charges, paying fines, paying lawsuits, and so on. When I worked for them, they fired 1/3 of their entire divisional engineering staff every year. There are other financial institutions that are sound, sane and decent in Seattle. For your own sake, trust one of those instead of WF.

This ATM often won’t allow deposits for some unknown reason. Also the sign on the door says it’s open from 5AM-11PM every day, but I’ve been there multiple times around 10PM and the door won’t open with my debit card, as it usually does.Hugely inconvenient as it’s the only one in the area.

Says atm is 24 hours which is an absolute lie. Must be lazy employees locking the wrong doors

Awful experience at this branch. I attempted to transfer money between my checking and a special kind of account- which I had already called about and was instructed to go into the branch to complete. This apparently “routine” operation had some issue and I waited for 30 minutes while they were on the phone trying to figure it out. At the end of it all, the banker instructed me to call customer service again and “get the instructions”, write them down, and bring them back to the branch to instruct the banker how to complete it. Then I was told they were super busy over the next few days and likely wouldn’t be able to fit me in. Never going back to this location again, even though it’s the only one somewhat close to me. Very disappointed in my experience and Wells Fargo as a whole.

I came in to close an account and the staff were just marvelous! Very friendly and cheerful. My only comment is that they did not have a "sign in" screen or sheet nor did they have a lobby leader so I was left in limbo for a little.

Terrible, if I could give them 0 stars, I would. A banker named Dan gave me tons of attitude from the start and had horrible customer service with me. I was trying to figure out why all the money was taken from my account and he said "I don't really care, it isn't my money. Here is a number you can call".... who speaks to their loyal customers like that? When there is an issue and a customer is worried/concerned about what is going on, don't treat them like garbage... Good lord.

I've waited for 30 minutes, haven't been helped with a simple transaction. A banker literally came up to me to tell me she was leaving and couldn't help me. Shouldn't take this long, I'm going to a different location. Looks well staffed to me, no?

I get agitated just thinking about going here. It used to be great. Now it's just people - possibly robots I'm not sure if the technology yet exists - now it's just people telling me to interface with a screen. Well, what's the point? I do all the work. They ask superficial questions. I feel like in the war to not be replaced by AI, this branch is losing. I remember when they used to holler at me to come in and not use the ATM to do all my banking. Now, it seems like they'd prefer me to stay at the terminal. There are two tellers who seem to care more about helping me than cranking me out: a young dark haired man and a woman called Celine. Good job, humans. Overall, my banking gets done, but literally the only reason I come in now is to avoid fees related to transferring money from my savings to my checking.
