We used to go to this branch all the time, and enjoyed interacting with the people here. In the last few years, however, the service has gone into the dumpster. We'd already had problems with personnel never calling us back on pretty key financial matters, to most recently when I tried to deposit a (somewhat large but not crazy) check from my brother into our savings. The branch manager flat out refused to do so, claiming his account was too new. No interest in discussing our options or suggesting next steps, just "sorry, we think this is a bad check". She didn't give a damn that we've been loyal customers of WF for 18 years, that they hold the mortgage on our house... why the hell would we pawn a bad check with them?!? That's what holding the funds until the check clears is freakin' for! Went to the Ballard branch and they were very helpful and friendly and let us deposit the funds with a 7-day hold, which is all we wanted in the first place. The Queen Anne branch manager just didn't have the stones or the interest in helping us. Screw her, screw them, we are never returning to this branch.

Welcoming staff. They answered all my questions and were kind. It’s a little sketchy where this Wells Fargo is located but they get the job done:)

Been with them 20 years. They are pretty consistently awful.I mostly bank with Ally these days, but WF is useful if you need an immediate large cash withdraw or cashier's check.

Michael really took good care of me at this branch. Initially I was told that I had to wait up to two weeks for my personal loan check (I needed it asap!) Michael worked his magic and within an hour I was able to go down and pick up my check. A+ customer service and really helped me out in a pinch.

I went in to cash three checks all written on WF account. They tried to charge me $7.50 per check for two of the checks, stating that the accounts hadn't agreed to wave the $7.50 charge. So for one check no fee, the other two require a fee. What the heck! Since when am I , the person to whom the check was written expected to pay a fee to cash it? The irony is they keep pestering me to open account, after this poor service I'd rather do business with Harvey Weinstein.

-5 if I could! Terrible terrible service! Don’t even bother! Under staffed plus the few bankers they have leave 60-45 mins before the official hours of closing. Manager doesn’t even react or solve customers issues / concerns. Simply disappointing.

My wife went in to make a deposit. She told the teller that her count of the money was 500 dollars higher than the total from the counting machine. Rather than suggest that she recount the money by hand, the teller ran it through the counting machine a second time and deposited the money. I have no way of knowing if we just lost 500 dollars.

I went in to close an account. Despite this, the manager Amelia really treated me kindly. Excellent customer service.
