Last week I had the good fortune to request an estimate for some repair work. They came in significantly less than a nearby competitor and were extremely quick to repair the car. Throughout they were very friendly and clearly there to be helpful.

I went in on Wednesday the 3rd and spoke to the owner to get an estimate. Since then I have made several attempts in person and over the phone to get an estimate and as of now I haven't received anything. I would have appreciated a call back at least.

Great Service, Great Attitude. I had a stupid little problem with my car and I took it to Werner's. When I got there the phone was ringing, the receptionist was swamped, but she told me she'd get to me as soon as possible.Their shop is full and she said it would probably be at least a few days before they could get me in. When she saw the problem she called a shop guy out and in 15 minutes he'd fixed it.GREAT SERVICE! GREAT ATTITUDE!
