I wanted the reviews to be wrong, but they have it right. While 2 of the employees were very nice it doesn't make up for the mansplainer who is insanely rude and when he doesn't want to respond to a direct question about why they don't sell certain products to people and not shops ( which is a huge loss for them because I was testing our product to outfit an entire shop location, thus why I was asking the questions) he defers to " I don't know you will you will have to ask the president of the company." Also deferred to trying to explain paint basics to me, and I am a 20 year veteran model finisher with 6 successfully set up paint labs under my belt. I will continue looking for other paint partners in the area instead.

This business page is full of fake 5 star reviews. I came in at 4:33 to get a PINT of generic base coat and they told me they couldn’t do it that day because they don’t mix paint after 4:30. This is my first time back to the Burien location after swearing to drive all the way to Renton rather than deal with these hacks. Go to any other location, this place is a joke.

Burien Wesco never fails as the most inept group of apathetic drones of any branch. They constantly look for reasons to NOT be helpful. Never had these problems at any other branch.

The Burien owner doesn't understand customer service. I try to get anybody but her to wait on me, the condescending cantankerous attitude from her is so annoying. The difference when she's in and not their, is the difference of a welcoming business. All the other employees are nice and pleasant to talk with. Also Lake city way has such a feel welcome atmosphere to it for the past 30 years i've dealt with them, not one problem with LCW Wesco

They're open to the general public versus being a strict wholesaler for retailers only which is really nice having access to professional quality products which is not available in your general automotive stores. but they kind of treat the general public buyers a bit condescending cuz we're not professional paint shops owners or workers and have too many general questions.
