This is a fantastic store with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I purchased the Parsons desk in November 2023 and was amazed that it was delivered within a week. It's been a great piece of furniture, and I've since gone back to buy a few more items. Jym Buenaventura, an excellent interior designer, was a great help with those purchases. A great company and store overall. 10/10

I used to love this store but I was told they no longer give military discount is huge NO for me. I’ll take my business somewhere else and I won’t be recommending this store to anyone I know. The fact that as soon as costumers walk in to the store store employees completely ignore you acting like you just there to waste their time, probably judging people based on what they wear and what they look, I used to ignore that because it was convenient for me since I live only 2 block from this location, and to be clear it is not about money or it was the support they showed to those serving and is also about the way it was said to me by the cashier and their attitude towards people that they think are not wealthy.

Plus side:: Zoe was super helpful and friendly.
Down side: The manager didn't honor the military discount which is honored at every other West Elm I've been to. It stopped me from buying more which is a bummer. They had nice stuff. I'll take my business to Crate and Barrel where they're better towards the military.

We ove to browse and shop here; the service is really amazing. The only thing we could ask for is to have store purchases linked to our online account. Regardless, we love the quality of products, service, and value for money.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I’m a professional furniture delivery installer and have been in the biz for 15 years. Worst customer service on a loading dock I have ever seen. Extremely unwilling to be helpful at all.

Collection was pretty decent but the one we liked was not available. Also the generic kitchen pendants were costlier on the shop and cheaper on online store. Ended up ordering online.

Went shopping for bedding and Austin was SO helpful. Everyone in the store came across really authentic and welcoming, and Austin provided stellar design input and customer service. He printed a list of all the items we were considering since we weren’t sure about everything yet. So helpful. The store was styled beautifully and it was a peaceful shopping experience.

My friend ordered a couch and love seat from you and the wrong color was delivered! She was refused in having you retrieve the furniture and is stuck with a color she does not want! Who does that??? I will never order from you and will pass the info on to other potential customers!!!

We purchased the 65" Urban Sofa on 11/10/23, and it arrived on 01/27/24 (within the original estimated delivery window). We were notified that it would be delayed one month in December, but we still got it on time. I was super pleased to be able to schedule a delivery date the same week we got the email that it arrived in Kent. Their third-party delivery service through Ryder was a bit disappointing compared to other white-glove deliveries we've had, but not a huge deal.So far, we love this couch and would highly recommend it!

I just moved from Manhattan and this location blows the DOORS OFF of what we had in Columbus Circle. Great team, friendly, helpful, and I just felt appreciated. The atmosphere helps you feel 'creative'.
