I was a very happy and loyal customer for almost 6 years (2017-2024. They did a fantastic job, got out really hard stains, great guy at the counter, and their tailor did great repair work too.
Unfortunately it seems they have changed ownership, and this new guy at the counter did not care to even listen to me or look at the stains I needed removed from a blanket. I think he didn't speak great English (which I don't care about except that I don't think he understood I wanted the stains removed). And of course the blanket came back with ALL the stains still in place.
I finally took it to Corey's Dry Cleaning. They tend to be more expensive - but lo and behold - even after being cleaned and a year later, they got the stains out! Its the cleanest its been overall in awhile. So Corey's will get a great review now :)

I’d been taking my dry cleaning here for 2 years. The service has become increasingly snide. Today was the worst. I walked in 2 minutes before 7 am. Was sneered at. And my dry cleaning was literally tossed at me. He followed me out and locked the door. Won’t be back.

Ruined some of my cashmere sweaters during blocking. Had asked for a rush but they weren’t done when needed. Stated they could still finish in time, but after I packed them and arrived in Europe I realized all sweaters were stretched out, smelled worse than when dropped off, and none of the clothes were properly blocked

West Seattle Cleaners are nothing short of amazing!
I have several items that I have had dry cleaned over the years here. The customer service is great. I like that it is a locally owned and operated business. They are always so friendly and kind. My items have always come back clean and spotless. They are also reasonably priced.
I definitely recommend West Seattle Cleaners for your dry cleaning needs!

I really hate doing this; I used to love this place! I'm not sure if there was a change in management, but the quality has gotten very bad.
I left around 4 items for a total of $40; the price seemed reasonable, and I was hopeful. Upon receiving the items back, the items stank, enough to where I tossed two items and rewashed the others (completely defeating the purpose of bringing the items into a dry cleaners).
I haven't gone back in to request a refund (the customer service itself was very lacking), and my Amex did not accept my disputed charge. I write this review only to warn others to find someplace else for a quality dry cleaning. :(

This used to be a great place for dry cleaning and repairs. However, I recently had a garment repaired here, but the repair broke almost immediately. When I brought the garment back in, I was treated rudely by the guy working the store. The previous owners would have never tolerated such unhelpful service. Go elsewhere: you deserve better treatment than that.

have been to west seattle cleaners a couple times now and they do good work. had a few items dry cleaned and most recently they repaired a seam on a pair of pants. seam repair looked great and i think they even cleaned the pants. price was affordable and under $10. thank you west seattle cleaners!! keep up the good work!!

I have used West Seattle Cleaners for a few years and have started using them much more after coming out of lockdown. Their prices are good and they stay open until 7pm. From slacks, to baseball caps, to ornate western shirts, they have always done a great job.I'm writing this review because of the great service received from their front desk representative, Javier. He is fast, happy, he smiles, and he remembers you after coming in few times. Javier is the epitome of great service.You know how automated systems will ask "on a scale of 1-5, 5 being the highest, how would you rate the customer service representative who helped you" ? Well, I would give this guy a 5 if the question was "would you START a business with the rep who just helped you?". Five stars. Keep up the good work!
