I called ahead to make sure this pharmacy had my child's prescription in stock, since there has been a national shortage requiring me to call around to different pharmacies in order to find it each month. The pharmacist I spoke with assured me that they did have it and that I could pick it up first thing Monday morning. When I called to confirm that I would be able to pick it up first thing tomorrow morning before we fly out of town, I was told that they did not have it. I spoke with Allie, who said she was the manager. She was rude, talked over me and was completely unapologetic for the mistake made by one of her employees. She then hung up on me. Because of the incompetence of these pharmacists, I am now unable to find the prescription elsewhere before we leave for vacation. We just recently moved to the area and had our pediatrician switch the prescription to this location, but we will NEVER be going back. Take your business elsewhere.

This place is the worst. They're never on time with getting prescriptions filled, always behind, understaffed, the drive through unserviced...I'm going to try to never need to use them again

Never try to get a prescription at this pharmacy. I was very happy with Pharmaca , but unfortunately they closed and all prescriptions were transferred. They never answer the phone and this last week it took me five days to straighten this out. I had no refills. They did not call my doctor, I had to. Then it took another couple of days to fill it. When I finally picked it up their machines would not take my debt card or two credit cards. Had to write a check. Four employees tried to work it out and finally, after 20 minutes it was filled with 10 pills short and cost $17.00 more than Pharmaca. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. Bartells was equally awful.

Don't waste your time coming In they may be "open" but they won't let you in an hour and a half after the hours on the door say they open. This store has been getting worse and worse the past two years.

Two stars because the store itself is well stocked and has friendly staff. The pharmacy on the other hand has issues. I have filled prescriptions for my 4 family members here for 2 years. I should have switched pharmacies a long time ago. I've had a good experience maybe 1 time out of every 5. They claim they never got the prescription, but they just take forever to listen to the voicemails. It took over a week last time, for example. They filled my baby's antibiotics unmixed! They lost my thyroid meds after taking forever to fill it in the first place. Go somewhere else.

This is like a CVS or Walgreens but slightly cheaper in my opinion! Great customer service and I'd you order any Amazon packages you can get them delivered here at the Lockers they have at the back of the store. Highly recommend!

Well, I've been going to Bartell Drugs for years, so I usually do all of my pharmacy stuff at the one in Jefferson Square. However, they don't offer any COVID-19 vaccines for some reason, so I ended up coming to this Rite Aid instead. It was super easy to make an appointment online (although I did have to schedule it several days in advance). I didn't have to wait very long and the pharmacist was very nice and professional. They also accept walk-ins, but you might have to wait a long time to be seen.I'm so happy that this location offers these vaccinations and I would recommend it to others.

I went to get my booster covid shot today- I had more options for the Walgreens on 35th and first schedule there. After watching a person be horribly mistreated there I went and scheduled at rite aid, but the appt was a good 4 hours later. I walked in, explained my situation and they were kind enough to let me wait and see me within 30 minutes. The woman administering shots was kind- and when we sparked a conversation about kids getting approved for shots she showed her array of kid friendly bandaids and talked about being really polite and patient to kids because you want to make the experience not traumatic. Honestly chain stores are chain stores- but this one, clearly has great people working there. Highly recommended.

Came here for my COVID vaccines and Sombo was amazing both times. Each time was painless and was incredibly sweet. I hope they continue to keep him bc he's such an amazing asset to the pharmacy team! Thank you Sombo!

I made the right decision picking them as my pharmacy. Not only is the staff friendly, they also will help you out with any questions. The store itself is awesome because I can always cross things off my shopping list while getting the meds. Every employee I have talked to is great! I don't know why it's showing 3.5 because they are amazing!

This is our neighborhood Riteaid pharmacy. Every month, they fill my medicines and send me reminder messages. I am glad I transferred all my meds to this pharmacy.

Rite Aid pharmacy on California Ave is THE BEST pharmacy around. They are so nice, fast, and thorough every single time. I've been going here for several years, and will continue to do so! I'm grateful for their services. (The people at the Barton Rite Aid pharmacy on Barton should take some notes on how to treat their customers-even the pharmacist there is super rude)

Friendly local pharmacy. I have collected my prescription medicines from here, walked up to pick up allergy medication and also get my flu shot from this local west seattle Rite Aid Pharmacy. Not super crowded and they do enforce social distancing which is good. The cashier and the pharmacist have always been prompt nice and accomodating. Never delayed here always get quick service and walk in and out of the store in about 10 mins. Ample amount of parking available for customers. Glad to have one good pharmacy about 5 mins walk from my home. Highly recommend.

Make sure you bring your ID for alcohol purchases. They ID whether you are 21 or 101. It gets kind of ridiculous at some point. I have bought alcohol here off and on from the same people and they still want my ID. Can't be bothered to remember people or use common sense when it comes to age. If I had kids late in life, I would be old enough to be the clerks parent. I saw one clerk who was in his early 20s ID a lady old enough to be his great grandmother. Ridiculous. I'm old enough to not have been carded for 20 years. It's insulting at Rite Aid, not flattering. I buy alcohol elsewhere now.

O.M.G. This store is so painful. I don't know how many times I've just abandoned my items and walked out because there is one particular idiot cashier manning the register. This girl argues with her supervisor, texts on her phone, doesn't know how to use the register, and generally slows the entire checkout process to a crawl. So many annoyed customers in line makes for a really unpleasant experience. I didn't set foot in this store for over a month and was shocked to see this person STILL working there. I guess times really are tough if this is the only kind of employee Rite Aid can afford. This place is a waste of time.
