What is the official Walgreens policy regarding age restricted items? I ask because I'm 35 and my husband is 59. We've been shopping at our Wallingford Walgreens for 7 years. My husband drinks; I do not. However, whenever either of us has made an age restricted purchase, one of us provides an ID. Today, my husband and I went to Walgreens bought alcohol and a soft drink. The cashier checked my husband's id, then asks for mine. In 7 years I've never had us both be required to show ID, and as far as I know, the POS system requires one ID to be scanned. I asked the cashier what he does when parents come in. He said, well if he's your father, then it's okay. I hope the grey area is apparent at this point. So, is Walgreens required to ask familial relations now?

Rudest pharmacy personnel that I have ever dealt with. The pharmacy workers are also are unbelievably disorganized and unhelpful - e.g., have cancelled a mixed up prescriptions more than once. Outside of the pharmacy, the other people who work at this location are actually quite nice and helpful; the pharmacy needs an overhaul as I'm not sure who is managing them but they are a constant disaster and disappointment to deal with.

It was fast, as you can log your own data at the kiosk station. But there is not sign outside to let you know that is inside the walgreens

Walgreens denies COVID testing unless you are in a car. This flagrantly discriminates against the many disabled, low-income, essential workers, and others who must use public transportation or walk. Also, the so-called corporate headquarters immediately disconnects you if you call from a cell phone (I tried two different numbers, both of which make long distance calls). Outrageous.

The pharmacy picked up and then ended the call in a millisecond, really professional. I was trying this branch out by I'm going to continue using CVS in Queen Anne since I've had a few other negative experiences here getting my prescriptions filled. Also, the dude has a bad attitude.

It has gone way downhill.I got a lecture from the 18 yr old when I asked about the big FREE FLU SHOTS sign.. because well, ha ha ha they aren't free. You are supposed to read the FINE little teeny tiny print that they are free if you have certain insurances.Ok we got thru that and then when I asked if we had to make appointments I got a lecture about how they get busy-- not the process .Come n, I know it is hard to keep workers in this odd corner where creepy drifters come in as customers among normal residents of the area, but really? Obnoxious jerks?I put a 2 because there used ot be nice people working there.

One star for the friendly male cashier who was working here today. Zero stars for the female manager, who was smoking by the building (how professional), yelled at me for parking in the *many* vacant parking spots since my the single spot reserved for my acupuncture appointment was already taken. I have always gone into Walgreens and spent $75 - $100 after each of my appointments, not just because of the convenience, but because I didn't realize the manager was a terrible, rude, petty woman. I will NEVER shop here again and I live one block west. This would be unacceptable behavior for anyone, let alone a manager. Thankfully the cashier was kind and apologized for her behavior.

Pharmacy closes at 7, and I showed up at 6:10 for my flu shot. They decided that they would stop giving flu shots at 6:00. Not helpful.

Fast service, efficient Pharmacy techs, however the pharmacist was very rude and annoyed that I asked him about the medication I was taking. All I asked for was a consultation and it seemed as though I ruined his whole day.

I bought an oscillating fan from this location and all I can say is I could not be more pleased with this product! It has ran perfectly for five years straight now, and when I say five years straight, I mean continuously without ever have been turned off (Even while in vacation). The gentle noise it produces is perfect for fending off the existential doom that often comes in the night before falling asleep. 10/10 would recommend

I had my passport picture taken here and it looks awful and dark. Once printed on your passport, the picture looks even darker. I have brown hair but it looks black on the passport. The picture could have used much better lighting at the store but the Walgreens employee made it clear he was busy so I didn't ask for editsThe Walgreens employee also told me I couldn't smile but the passport agency representatives said that would have been fine :(

Even though their pharmacy is open until 7, they stop offering flu shots at 5. They turned me away at 6:15, even though it was 45 minutes until closing. Annoying.I called my local Safeway (on Roosevelt and 74th) and their pharmacy is open until 9. They said as long as I arrive by 8:30 (30 minutes before closing), they'll give me a flu shot.

Staff is not friendly at all. Also it's small and have limited items. The best they can do is to have at least the basic things first- like plain yoghurt, etc.

Rude pharmacy guy. Short Amish looking guy. Won't be back. Maybe he was having a bad day but come on. I needed meds for my pup and he was everything but helpful.
