  I was going to lease an apt with them. My leasing agent Kate and her manager were very flexible with the terms. Unfortunately it didn't work out because of some concerns I had with the unit after I signed the lease. They were kind enough to let me exit the lease with no penalty, so I strongly recommend.

  Jeff Ayers is a solid broker. A straight shooter in a line of work that is known to have some players driven by greed.
