First time whole foods in Seattle, very nice! Located next to Silver Cloud Hotel. Got a nice supply of food since Silver Cloud didn't have continental buffet. That said Jimmy's attached to hotel excellent!

This place is right across from Silvercloud, a nice place, has what you need. I love beer, as a lot of different kinds.

Consistently bad lattes. Maybe it's the milk alternatives? Hemp is too watery. Oat was a little better but still not worth the money. Matcha latte - watery, no sweetness, it was more tea than latte. Turmeric Latte - so spicy it was inedible, tea solids floating everywhere that I had to chew it, tossed it in the trash after a couple of painful sips. Coffee Latte with Hemp - again, watered down mess. Agreed with the previous comment "makes 7 eleven look good"

I love this coffee shop, everything is on point. They got a good selection of coffees from strong ones to sweet ones.

Love the Barista that helped us today. I usually go to Starbucks or Dutch. I let the Barista Cami know what I usually get and like. She made me an amazing drink. Thank you.

I love WF and shop here every week. However, this is possibly the worst WF I've been too and it's sad because it's 2 blocks from where I live. I will second the other comments of people saying the staff is unfriendly. There are a few really great people but most are actually pretty rude, especially the cashiers. I'm sure times are difficult right now with COVID-19 but I have to be there too and I'm trying to be extra nice. They are out of items constantly, while this is not all their fault with people buying way too much during lockdown it does seem like it's been happening for a while now. The seafood counter customer service is pretty bad at this store. I semi expect the WF meat and seafood counter to be very knowledgable and helpful and I have actually experienced the opposite multiple times. I had one extremely helpful gentleman, whom I think was the counter manager but other than that they are rude and constantly ring you up for the wrong things. You then have to argue with them. This is if you can get anyone to help you in the first place (no one is ever there). Last but certainly not least, Prime now and Instacart shoppers....this location is overrun with them and they are awful! While there is nothing WF's can do about it and the location size does not lend itself to be spacious for these people, they make your shopping experience hell. I think they make the employees life hell too. I really wish Amazon/WF would limit the hours they can shop here.

This location specifically should be closed right now due to the COVID outbreak. The Starbucks downtown even has the good sense to close downtown! It is a ghost town down there - THERE ARE NO BUSINESSES OPEN!!! Corporate greed at its finest. I was there earlier today and witnessed two girls alone in a shop with a man screaming, threatening and harassing them without his shoes on! This is not how you run a business.

I ordered a cake for my mom's 70th birthday party. I went to the bakery within the store one week in advance but was told that in order to place my order I needed instead to call 48 hours prior, which I then did. I gave clear and specific instructions for the cake type and to please write "Happy Birthday Kathy." I spelled out her name and asked that it not have other decorations. When I arrived to pick up my cake at the scheduled time they could not find my order. After some time they told me to wait 5-10 minutes more while it was being finished. I returned 5 minutes later and could not find anyone to assist me. When someone from the meat department finally did assist me and I checked the cake that I was given, my mom's name was misspelled and there were icing carrots "decorating" the cake. I said I could not accept having my mom's name misspelled so they smeared out the "C" and wrote a "K" over it. The brown stain from the "C" was still visible. I was very sad and disappointed that more care was not taken. I will not use their bakery for a special occasion cake again.
