The first woman who did my nails filed so hard that my pinky finger was profusely bleeding and then filed them all in different shapes. I was then passed off to another lady because the first one couldn’t do a French manicure. She did a good job but my nails began to chip 1 hour after my manicure. It is now 3 days later and multiple nails are chipping. This was not worth the $75 it costs which is an outrageous price for a manicure.

I have gone to the white lotus salon in Bothell and was thinking it would be the same as this one since they have the same owner. I was sadly mistaken. The woman who did my nails made me bleed on three different fingers when cutting cuticles. I did not get what I wanted at all. The outcome wasn’t terrible and it is pretty but they had no clue what I was asking for. I even had shown the lady at the front desk the shellac that hadn’t come off yet as an example. The price between this location and the Bothell one was almost DOUBLE. I will NOT be returning to this salon.

Had a great experience getting my nails done here for my wedding, I wanted delicate florals and they did a wonderful job and all at a very fair price! Highly recommended!
Cleanliness: Very clean salon and station
Stylist: Stylist was very nice and understood exactly what I was looking for!

Guys, I don’t usually like leaving this type of reviews but you should probably learn something from your customers. I ended up paying $70 for what looks like a child painted… I’m just really disappointed I have to wear this on my vacation because the lady who did my pedicure didn’t even care to distribute gel polish evenly, at least on my big toe where it’s really visible. She didn’t shape my toes, or painted them professionally, just did everything in 20 minutes and the first thing I saw when they were charging me - a %35 tip. You guys need to take your business a little bit more seriously!!!! This is a joke. I’m very disappointed.

I had a terrible time with unprofessional and rude behavior. I went here last year for my brother's wedding with similar complaints about this behavior. I wanted to give them a second chance, but am disappointed. I am still unsure that I got the full nail care treatment that is supposed to be provided in the package I selected. I had to ask twice if I was going to receive certain treatments that were included. I asked her if she was going to push and/or cut my cuticles and each time I had to ask, she treated me very rudely. When she proceeded to cut them, she nicked me twice, and it was obvious that she was irritated. As she continued to coat my nails, it would sting the cuts and there was bleeding. Her glove also ripped at one point, but she continued to use it anyway. Overall, she had very terrible customer service and was very rude. There are quite a few mistakes made on my nails, and just a lack of attention to detail. On top of being uneven, she got glitter on other nails and when I asked her to remove it, she said it would just wash off which was not the case and when I showed her, she brushed me off and said it's fine. I felt very uncomfortable my entire time there. I am unhappy with the experience I had with Van Truong as I paid $75 for this service. I will never come here again.

I was super impressed with the quality of these nails!!! Ive been to a few nail places and I decided to give this one a shot upon seeing someone recommend it on reddit. My Tech was Mary and she did a FANTASTIC job. I showed her a picture of some matte black gradient coffin nails and said i wanted them but stiletto and she excuted this perfectly and efficiently. I didnt have to remind her of anything and they were done in a little less than an hour!! They arent super bulky and thick like alot of the acrylics Ive gotten in the past, and they are all the same length (I measured! all exactly one inch long). Very impressive seeing that she only compared two nails while shaping. I can tell Mary is experienced and highly skilled at her job ^^. The gradient was put on using an airbrush and looks flawless, as she took the most time during this step. These are easily the best nails Ive ever gotten, so I will definitely be coming back! The price is a bit more expensive then typical salons, these being 80$, but for the quality of nail Im not complaining!

I keep trying to give this place a chance and leave disappointed almost every time. I’ve come here multiple times in the last 2 years and the quality of the manicure has been inconsistent at best and poor at worst. One nail tech, who I have gone to multiple times, repeatedly ignores my requests to make my nails shorter and has left on old tips when I come in for a new set. I’ve been getting dip powder on my nails for 7 years and I have never had an issue with my nails chipping and literally fraying except when I come to this salon and this particular nail tech. In fact, back in October a few of my nails chipped, so I called and made an appointment to have them fixed. When I went in, I asked why my nails were chipping and fraying this same nail tech said it was because I was washing my hands too much. In this same appointment, she used the wrong color to fix my chipped nails and when I pointed it out, instead of starting over with the right dip color, she put the gel version of the right color on top, which has a slightly different hue! Every time I’ve come here I have to file my nails as soon as I get home as large chunks of dried powder, and rough/sharp edges of my nails are left behind. My most recent experience was the last straw for me. I asked for a simple design - 4 solid color nails and one French tip with a little heart on the other. Not only did this take 2 hours, the nails that had the design ended up completely uneven/wavy and the gel color she used was a different shade than the solid color nails. I wish I would have had better experiences here as it is close to home and a nice atmosphere, but I’m done trying my luck.

My first time at White Lotus and had a great experience! They were able to take me for a walk in appointment and the woman was meticulous and did a beautiful job. Got a full dip set with tips, definitely going back!

Y’all. I never write reviews but this had to be said. My friend told me to go here and said it was the best nail salon in Seattle. So I made an appointment online. My appointment was for a hard gel manicure and a small design. At the beginning of the appointment I asked her to round out my nails more and file them down more and she did a little and said she would do more when the hard gel went on. Halfway through the appointment I was wondering why she hadn’t done the actual manicure part (cuticles etc.) and wasn’t filing them down more. I asked her again. Then she started painting my nails. Polish all over my fingers. So I knew I wasn’t going to get my nails shaped more or filed down at this point and it was too late. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I was thinking “there’s no way she’s almost done with this whole process”. Then wiped a teeny bit of lotion on my hands and said goodbye. I was honestly shocked and so annoyed so I just paid and left. I got no actual manicure of my nails or cuticles, she never once asked about the design I wanted and a bad paint job for $85 plus tip. I immediately drove to my normal salon and paid half the price for a better gel manicure. This is honestly the worst “manicure” I’ve gotten for the most amount of money. Maybe some of the techs are better but ooooh. I’ll never go here again. I will say, it was comfy inside and others seemed to be returning customers and having a good time.

I feel really bad to write this review as I've been going to this nail salon for the last few years. Generally, my services have been wonderful - amazing pedicures/manicures as well as a lovely staff. However, this last service was not as great as previous times. I got a gel manicure & pedicure the other day and the woman doing my manicure was a bit aggressive with the cuticle cutter. She ended up cutting me on five of my fingers causing each one to bleed. I didn't notice until the manicure was done and I could feel soreness on my hands. Thankfully, the male technician doing my pedicure could tell I was in pain and asked if everything was okay - I showed him my nails and he took care of me by bringing it up the receptionist who then gave me a small discount as well as the female technician who did my manicure. She ended up coming back out and putting this solution on my fingers to stop the bleeding that burned immensely! A few days later (as I'm writing this), I am still in a lot of pain and a few of my fingers look/feel injured. I'm honestly pretty upset that a simple manicure could lead to this. I have been cut before by manicurist going too hard with the nail cutter or drill but not on multiple fingers. Also, I have had this female technician a few months prior and she went really rough on the nail drill after I told her my nails were sensitive post transitioning off of acrylic sets for a year. It was incredibly painful. I probably won't be returning to this salon as regularly anymore or getting manicures from this same manicurists. Getting your nails done should be mostly relaxing and not leaving you in pain / bleeding. White Lotus - Please teach your technicians to be mindful and soft with the tools they are using

this salon is pretty good! i got a full set with designs and it took them less then an hour and a half. staff were lovely! i will say they applied the acrylic before pushing my cuticles back so sadly my nails already look grown out a day in. i also got chrome silver detailing and the gel must not have been cured all the way since any pressure on the design causes the gel to become indented. overall a good experience and i would come back, a little disappointed since i paid over $100(with tip) for nails that weren't perfect.

Such a great experience. They were timely (I had an appointment and they saw me directly at my appointment time) which I appreciate. I showed my technician a photo of the nails I wanted & she executed them perfectly. I also didn’t have to give her any feedback on shape, color, length (which is crazy because I am really particular)! Will definitely be back. Yes, it was more expensive than other places but in my opinion the services were worth it. Attached photo of my nails in different lighting.
