Believe it or not but when I type “H Mart” I DO NOT want to go to Whole Foods so buying add space for that term on google maps is a scummy practice. Good thing I wasn’t exhausted and just following my GPS (which I’ve done before for another retailer who engages in the same practice).

Had to come here to make an Amazon return. Good quality store but the only downside is they don't have as many locations. I would go grocery shopping here way more if there was a location closer to home but there's none in my area.

Hi yeah well I was really a short short visit cuz I was there like I thought it was like I think it was like close to must have been close to 6 anyway yeah anyway there was nobody there I mean there was people inside but the door was not open I thought well you know the almighty should be open at least 5 to 11:00 cuz you know if Jesus Christ Bezos owns it should be open. Let me know if you people disagree with that but I mean if he wants to own the world he's got to act like he wants to own the world right. So all you people that are going to buy a grocery store make sure you're open till midnight and open in at 5:00 in the morning people are up at 5:00 in the morning I know it's ungodly but you know people do get up early and have to go to work unfortunately if they don't want to live under the freeway and how many people are excited about that. This is really a major fumble cuz you know this is a layup you got to open up at 5:00. There are a lot of rich people in West Seattle I'll give you that but some of them actually get up early. ?

It is 7:50 pm.All the hot foods are gone and cleaned up besides Pizza. They are supposed to be open until 10pm.Then I go up to eat in the dinning area, and a worker starts changing trash bins directly behind me while I am trying to eat and eventually I am surrounded by dirty trash bins-gross and very rude. I just got up and moved to another table. There is noone else up here eating!! It is almost like she is trying to make me leave. I can see beginning to close at 9:30, but over two hours before closure?

Weird rude staff. Considering not going here anymore even though it's the closest grocery to me. Never been to a whole foods that hires drooling idiot security guards to leer at and bother customers. Meanwhile a person chain smoke Newports and cheap cannabis in the parking garage, they are there every single day, smells like a nightmare.

The employees at the customer service desk are clearly not happy taking Amazon returns and are throwing shade at their customers in retaliation. I've been there twice in the past 3 weeks with small, well prepared returns and it felt like the soup nazi scene from Seinfeld: no response to my sincere "hello!", smile, and eye contact - no acknowledgement of my humanity whatsoever. Next! I made purchases as part of the convenience which is likely the intent of their parent company. More sales = more jobs. There was a shining light at my last visit in the person at the self checkouts who was helpful and friendly. What a perfect candidate to work at Customer Service!

The food selection is great, the staff is amazingly helpful! I stop in to use the restroom on my patrol almost everyday.. one of the staff walked by me and I couldn't help but tell her she smelt wonderful and asked for the name of her perfume... I can't wait to get it... Oh and in the back there are soaps, and bath salts that are a must have...

Always well stocked and clean. Fast checkout. Plenty of parking in the garage. 365 brand rocks! It's where I get all my vegan food products. My only negative is they use to carry the best gluten free premade pizza dough and it has gone away without a replacement or an explanation..to me. Lol

The staff seem pretty very on edge here. They either need better security, better customer service training or just calm down a bit and let me, as a customer, vent my frustration. Tried to buy some vitamins, didnt realize they were expensive. One blonde girl staff member told me my opinion was wrong which just didnt feel to good. Left kind of hurt really.

A great centralized mostly-organic store and on the corner of a prominent intersection in West Seattle en route to The Junction area. Clean, organized and has a fresh aura about it. Great selection of my simple staples and on occasion some things good in the hot bar to mix with brown/white rice.Location is great and near other points of interest if you want to combine errands nearby (nails, coffee, pizza, bank, etc).

The place is clean however it is not well stocked. If you compare the offerings/hot/salad/soup bar with Bellevue/SLU or any other Whole Foods in other states, it is DEFINITELY lacking.I am not sure why the new ones that opened up here in Seattle feel cold and sterile, but very disappointed esp when you expect something more. Even when the hot/salad bar becomes more stocked, it is very underwhelming

Clean space, great produce, fresh and of good quality, organized, and fast. Most often than not I find everything I need in here. I like getting the prime discount when checking out + the 5% cash back they give. Very convenient.

Too few vegan options at the hot food bar and there never seems to be a vegan pizza option. Great vegan sandwiches, samosas and baked goods though!

Came in here today to get lunch from the hot food bar. It was absolutely terrible and much of it was barely edible. The potato wedges were so over cooked they were hard as rocks and the buffalo chicken was mushy. I’ve been to many other Whole Foods locations and the food is great quality. Not sure what’s up with this place.

In the West Seattle store, The layout of the cashier section needs work. But I came in through the cafe seating section, so I was trying to go upstream to exit. And they have a huge parking sign arrow on the side of the building, but nothing after that to tell you where the secret garage entrance is. Most people end up in the lot for the Masonic lodge on the corner scratching their heads. They need to fix that.
