AVOID WILD WEST AT ALL COSTS!Warning to prospective buyers: steer clear of Wild West Cars and Trucks! Promised repairs were ignored, and an authorized dealership later confirmed the vehicle was dangerously and illegally below safety standards. Worse yet, after over two painstaking months, Wild West still hasn't filed the necessary paperwork for ownership transfer. Now, I'm left with expired plates on an undriveable vehicle, and the owner, Randy won't answer my calls, texts or emails. This isn't just incompetence; it's a complete disregard for the law and customer welfare. Avoid at all costs.

Although a deal could not be agreed upon for a car (we were too far apart on price), it was a great experience with their staff. No pressure, honest conversation on pricing, and overall a plesant experience. They were willing to negotiate on price and made concessions which was great, but we couldn't fully agree on the end price. I would not hesitate to return if the right car came into their inventory again.

My first time buying from a dealership and they made it as smooth and comfortable of an experience as possible. They are continuing to work with us after the deal is done. They did everything they could to make us feel like family. We visited 3 other dealerships prior to this one and the others felt like they would have sold you a car without an engine if they thought they could fool you into it. Not Wild West! Go here!

We had our car stolen on the 4th of July -_-, great way to celebrate the holiday. We were shopping for a used car and had gone to 2 other locations before landing at Wild West Cars and Trucks. Not only were they super friendly and had a good selection of NICE used cars, they were brutally honest through the entire process, which was a breath of fresh air to be honest. I would rather be told what is what than sugar coat things. Dawn helped us through the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure we got the car we were looking at. During the test drive, because we weren't insured at the moment, she was completely honest and even slightly rough on the car to open up the system and really make sure we heard and saw the function of the car. I would highly recommend this location for anyone in need of a vehicle because of their honesty and sincerity for their customers. You can tell everyone in there were not only like family to one another, but they really make you feel like you become apart of that family whether you buy a car or not. We did, and we are so grateful for their help. Thank you guys!~Kyra

Update: this place gets even worse. Since I posted a bad review and got no contact from them, they decided to not file the paperwork for my plates until one day before my temporary plates expired. I called the department of licensing today and they informed me to contact the Better Business Bureau. Do not buy from this place! If I could give this place zero stars I would. They sold me a car that said had a bunch of work done recently. Brought it to the mechanic and it’s over $4000 worth of work to get done on a brand new car I purchased from them. I have tried to call their business and text the sales manager that helped me with my car and have not received any answers. They lied and inflated my income andtime lived at my residence for me to be approved for a car. Very sketchy place.

We had the best experience buying a car from Wild West Cars and Trucks. It's a family owned and operated business and it sure shows in the quality of customer service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions candidly and helped us make an informed decision about which car would be right for us, without any high pressure sales pitches. Our sales person was Dawn, and she was terrific. I would recommend anyone who's in the market for a used car to check out Wild West Cars and Trucks.

I had an amazing experience buying my first used car from a car lot. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and helpful and made the process as painless as possible. They have all their cars priced very fair and I was able to leave in the car I wanted with no compromise.

I really wanted to like this place.. but no not at all. First off I made an appointment to see a car that they had advertised online. The sales woman even texted me to insure that I was on my way. Of course I was and was running on time. BTW I drove 250 miles to get there. When I pulled up I did not see the car that I was there to look at, and sure enough the sales person confirmed that the car wasnt there. (RED FLAG! SHADY DEALER TRICK #1) I knew in the back of my mind that I had already been scamed.. I should have bolted. However she said they were just ordering lunch and asked If she could order me something as well. I was hungry from the long drive to the dealership so I said sure. While I was waiting for the food to arrive I strolled around the "showroom" that was filled with the owners personal vehicles. From there I went out to the lot..and sure enough there were about 3 decent vehicles and a lot of broken cars and flat tires. (RED FLAG #2!) Lunch arrived and I had my burrito that I ordered and then, since the car hadnt arrived I told the lady that I would go to the other car lot that I also had an appointment. She was nearly insistent that I wait, so i waited a bit longer. In the meantime she asked if there was another car that I might be interested in. I said yes and pointed it out. After she aired up the flat rear tire and put a jump box on it It started up and I drove the car. I decided I liked the car (even though I knew I was falling for the bait and switch) but that I still wanted to see the other one. She said that the other one was with the boss's daughter and had been involved in an accident. I went to go look at the other car on my list even though the sales lady was nearly insistent that I stay.. the other car was a bust so I returned and we hammered out a deal on the car I test drove. The sales lady was trying to steer me toward a Jaguar that was on the lot but I told her I wasnt interested. I ended up buying the blue Mercedes SLK 320 that I test drove. I spent the entire day waiting for the car that I had an appointment to go look at only to buy something else and now it was night time and I had to travel home in the dark over a snowy stevens pass in a car I was unfamiliar with.. and wouldnt you know it the GD highbeams didnt work!!! Also the car didnt feel quite right in some of the icey spots.. turns out the rear tires were COMPLETELY WORE OUT! (Allowing that car the leave the lot with the headlights not working and bad tires is a violation of washington state law.) I called and made a deal that they needed to send me the part necessary to fixe the headlights. $165. They agreed they would. So nearly a month later they hadnt sent anything. I finally lost my patience, consulted an attorney and on his advise I am sending a report to the dealer inspector, attorney general, and better buisness bureau. I will sue for tires and to have the headlights fixed. I asked to speak to the owner and explained that if he will talk to me we can work this out.. However he is apparently way to CHICKEN$HIT to even speak to me. Oh, and now I have reason to believe the the Odometer may have been altered ? So I will have to pay to get a verification scan done. Bottom line? STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHADY OUTFIT!! 2.7 stars rating should have been my first clue!!

We bought a car on 2/15/23 and 4 days later had to park it because of a leak in the gas tank and a probable blown turboIt took several days to get response from dealership and they had me pay to have it towed to their car shop of choice. That was on 2/23/23.It is now 4/29/23 and dealer still has the car and the money. We don't want the car ,we just want our money back. In the meantime we have been making bank loan payments and paying for full insurance on a car we don't even have or technically even own. We have been strung along now for 3 months. It took over 2 months for the owner to even talk to me and his son has more or less continued sporadic communication. This is the worst fraudulent treatment I have ever encountered . This has been an abuse and violation of my time,my money and my respect as a customer.Randy is the owner and Zach is his son who sold us the car. This has been a nightmare!

My friend bought a car there and the owner literally sent the sales lady to her house (!!) when my friend said she would need to go home to pick up her money for the car. That car stopped working after 2 days. Can you guess who wasn't available to help my friend? The owner, that's who. They wanted to keep the car over night? Are you kidding me? Anyways, the place is obviously the stereotypical shady car dealership, looking to move lemon vehicles as fast as possible.Update: it's been a few months now and she still doesn't have her car. It's been "in the shop" this whole time. I think it's clear that the car is either so broken, that they shouldn't have sold it in the first place, or they are just holding the car hostage because they don't want to deal with the problem. And maybe a bit of retaliation for the earlier review. Anyway: AVOID!

Dont buy a vehicle here. Read other bad reviews here and take them seriously . Bought a vehicle from them the part and the front axle broke the next day and I almost had a head on collision. Vehicle was sold to me without being checked out mechanically or safely checked . Had to get legal help to return it as they sold as is. Be very aware. If I could rate 0 stars I would

Car buying can be a very stressful event. I've spent the last several weeks researching vehicles. Talked to a few dealers visited a couple showrooms. Wild West Cars & Trucks was by far the best experience I had. They have a truly magnificent showroom. Large and spacious, but very homey. They even had very comfortable chairs arranged in front of a roaring fireplace in the corner. The staff was great. Personable and welcoming. I purchased a beautiful Buick Enclave that they advertise as the best price in the area. And it was. I got a very fair deal. The as-is vehicle was clean and spotless inside and out. Their inventory is large and diverse. The bad, I'm still giving them 5 stars, but it was not disclosed that the passenger side headlamp cover was completely broken. The headlight is fully operational, but the lamp cover needs to be replaced. And truthfully, that's on me. I did not notice it before making the purchase. You can see from this picture it's actually kind of hard to see. Otherwise, this is the most solid used car dealership from top to bottom I've ever experienced. You can buy a car here and feel confident you're getting a good deal from good people.
