Visited a home and the broker Courtney Williams was extremely rude to us. She just gave us an aggressive look and barked at us that the house was already pending. It had just been posted as pending the same afternoon. We wanted to look at the house as myself and my wife are both enthusiastic about architecture and this was a very unique Seattle example. My 76 year old mother in law had also joined us.We left the house both feeling really uneasy about the interaction because of the manner in which she spoke to us, and the clear assumption that we were there to be malicious when we were just admiring the unique home.
