This place is good since the wings are great but the service is pretty slow. Most workers are nice enough. The atmosphere is good, just music is too loud in some seats. A bit pricey but not terrible. Would recommend if wanting wings.

Dude it's wing stop, you're going to get the standard wings or burgers or whatever you ordered. If you want something upscale or better go to a local place that only has 1 or 2

The customer service here is TERRIBLE! The three times me and my family have came here the staff behind the counter ignore us and walk away from the register. The woman cooking asked us are we ready to order, we replied “Yes.” and she just stood there talking in Spanish to the other cooks laughing. They also act like they don’t understand english when taking our order, I just said forget it and left after the young lady who was supposed to take our order walked off and left the register when we started placing our order. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Get it together Westwood Village Wing Stop staff!

Sammy the cashier girl was the sweetest and most kind person. The entire restaurant staff was upbeat, efficient and the food was fresh. Very well kept restaurant. 10/10

The manager tried to overcharge me 3 times. Every time I corrected him he changed the price and went down just a little bit. I don’t know if he puts the money in his pocket or what but it upsets me so much that I can’t go back to this wingstop because I really like wingstop.

I placed an order online as I usually do, but when I got there, they said that it wasn't in their system. They charged my card for $19 anyway. No help from my multiple attempts at contacting the corporate office via web or phone. So, they just ripped me off for $19 (I rounded up for "charity"). Wingstop Order Received: 21824576484229131
