Teak Wiseman was able to troubleshoot my washer that both my husband and brother-in-law were not able to adequately fix. He narrowed it down to a few select things, work efficiently, and was able to fix my washer with minimal repair and parts. He didn’t try to start big or upsell me on any big fixes. Kind, respectful, efficient, and got it done. I’ve never been more excited to do laundry in my whole life!

Exceptional service, with flawless delivery and installation, but it's the post-purchase care that exceeded my expectations. When I encountered an issue (that I caused), Amber went above and beyond to help me, demonstrating the kind of customer care you simply can't find at larger chains. Having said that, I also got a better deal than at a large chain.

Teak Wiseman came out today to take a look at my washing machine issue today! A bit of a mystery, but he got it figured out! He was wonderful to work with and was very knowledgeable, patient and so kind! I would HIGHLY recommend not only Teak, but the entire West Seattle Wiseman Appliance family for all of your appliance needs! I am a fan and will be continuing to work with them exclusively from now on! Thanks Wisemans!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to give a shoutout to Wiseman's Appliance.
My dishwasher wasn’t draining and I was getting super frustrated trying to fix it myself. I gave Mark a call, and he figured out the issue in less than five minutes—just by asking a few quick questions over the phone.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Very thankful to Mark for his advice on our refrigerator repair. Although he wasn’t able to do the repair himself, he counseled me through his recommendations for getting it fixed by the supplier. Just an honest, friendly, and knowledgeable professional. I’ll absolutely reach out to Wiseman’s Appliance in the future.

Mark showed up less than 24 hours after we reached out and fixed our problem in under an hour for less than he originally quoted us. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Called on Monday and a new Dishwasher, the exact model we wanted that wasn't even in stock, was installed by Friday. When I called, Steve Wiseman answered the phone and helped with my order and installation schedule. The price was competitive, maybe slightly better, than the big box stores, but the service is on another level. Steve was very responsive by phone and email. I also love that the installers are part of an in-house team, not contractors, and so both accountable to the business I purchased from, and invested in the same great service we received from Steve. The installers were on time, professional, and did an amazing job. 100% buy your appliances from Wiseman over the big box retailers.

Our fridge broke and we had trouble with one of the big box stores. Luckily I called Wiseman’s and they were able to help get us a new fridge very quickly, going out of their way to help. The delivery / installers were very through and had great communication. I would 100% recommend and use them again.

Buying from wiseman's was great. Friendly and responsive service. He even texted me prices and options so I had time to consider them without pressure. The installation was professional and efficient. Better service and a better price than the big box stores.

I needed to replace my built-in panel-ready dishwasher in my condo unit. The process was complex because it required removing and re-installing the panel door on top of the dishwasher. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and walked me through the process step by step. He was very kind and was patient as we dealt with scheduling delays. I would definitely recommend Wiseman appliances!

Ripped my elderly mom off on a crap Bosch dishwasher that broke a week after the warranty was up. After two appliance repair people, a plumber, and almost $2000 it was repaired because it was installed incorrectly by Wiseman. This previously revered West Seattle business has slid down into poor products and even poorly service. Absolutely do not recommend.

Had a repair person tell me our old dishwasher was dead. Called around to get a new one, couldn’t get the one we wanted that also matched our kitchen and couldn’t get it sooner than 8-10 days— an eternity when you have to hand sanitize bottles for an infant.Finally got to Wiseman. They had an in-stock model that we were looking for, perfect for our needs, and had it delivered and installed the following day, all at about the same price as the big box stores with longer lead times and no personal touch. Everyone we worked with was fantastic, from Amber the sales manager to Steve who kept us informed on where the delivery team was at to John and his apprentice on the delivery team.

Wonderful folks. Been using them for 25 years. I love using a family owned company like this. Prices are competitive. They give you great advice on which appliances work for your needs in a way that you can't get from a big box store. They deliver promptly when the appliances come in are available to answer small questions that come up, and if something does go wrong, a couple of the family members do service as well, and will do everything they can to keep your appliances running if it makes sense. We feel lucky to have them in our West Seattle neighborhood.
