I went to Xfinity for Wi-Fi. The staff were super friendly and took the time to explain everything. They helped me pick the best option and got things set up pretty quickly. It was a good experience overall.

i have to risk a parking ticket and towing to return a piece of obsolete technology to use this location. their billing department calls multiple times a day despite me having no possible way to pay their absurdly priced services. i have to travel with an axe to be left alone long enough to throw my router through their window. avoid at all costs.

The staff is nice and knowledgeable. I would appreciate more professionalism from the staff but not an issue with speed and resolving concerns.

Every other tech company: Returning this old equipment that we're definitely just going to throw away? No worries, I'll just scan it and put it on this shelf here.
Xfinity: We'll need your birthday and maiden name and for you to wait for a minimum of 30 minutes and then someone will be with you eventually so they can hassle you about buying some other services you definitely don't want.
It's like being at the doctor's office, but without even the hope of a point. Also, the music we'll be playing in the store is terrible.

I asked to remove Xfinity modem from my plan but the staff was doing some “magic” that not only not removing the modem but just making my plan not working at all, screwed the whole setup and I have to do re-activation all over again.

Keith provided honestly the best customer service experience I've had in a long time! Keith answered all of my questions, went above and beyond to help me figure out which services our house did and did not need, thoroughly thought through potential problems, and offered options and other services without ever making me feel pressured once. Super kind, knowledgeable, and friendly!

I was helped by Bre. She was friendly and she also helped with what I needed very quickly. There was a bit of a wait, but they had some water and light snacks available for those that needed or in case you are in with your little ones. The store was very clean, open, and had plenty of seating for all those waiting.

Sales Associate Daniel thinks it is okay to be nasty and rude towards customers then rush customers at the same time, then laugh about it. Not sure I will be coming back to this store.
