Horrible customer service, the employees are very unpleasant. What a bad experience I had in that store.

Today I encountered terrible service. My friend and I went to the cash register. There were no cashiers. There were no customers. There were four or five cash registers. We stood somewhere in the middle, talking and waiting for a salesperson. But when the girl cashier came in, she told us we weren't in line. Even though we came in first and waited for her for about three minutes. I explained that there was no sign in the hall indicating the line and we obviously came first. In the end she simply refused to serve us, just ignoring us. No one responded to our request to call the administrator either. We went to the security guard, but he also said it was out of his jurisdiction. In the end we were forced to leave without shopping. Disgusting service! I do not recommend it to anyone! It is better to come to Bellevue, everyone there is always polite. The girl was not wearing a nametag and refused to identify herself. She was African American with a white armband with hearts on her head and a nose piercing. I'm asking the administration to take action. You can see everything on camera. It was 9.26.24. at 5:13 p.m.

There were 7 people waiting in line to check out and no one else stepped up to assist, even though a manager was able to come to the register and punch in a code. Waited about 12 min just to ask if they had a pair of jeans in a certain size, then the cashier said yes but she wouldn’t go help me find them, Zara will stock the same type of clothing throughout the store in several areas making it an Easter egg hunt. Thanks a lot. This store has really changed.

The most rude and disgusting behavior I ever experienced I don’t know how much they pay their cashiers but for sure it ain’t enough the black girl with the crazy wig and the Asian girl that closed Sep 3 yall are very disrespectful and embarrassing yourself

I love this store. I come from Portland just to shop here because I can find everything and more that I want. They have a really good selection for men.

Clothes are shoddily made, so much that they'll fall apart on first use. They refuse returns for clothes that have been worn, so expect to use an item just a single time! Awful company.

Rochelle was such a pleasure in helping me with my purchase. It was a bit of a different type of transaction but she didn’t judge or discriminate against me. She was very helpful. Unlike others there.
That little white security almost broke his damn neck trying to follow me thinking I’m stealing when $600 was just spent on clothing. Rochelle would be the only reason I shop there again. If she isn’t there, I’m leaving!

Horrible customer service- they refused to return my online order stating it was out of date/ past 30 days even though I had an email receipt stating I received it less than a month ago. They wasted my time further by telling me to call customer service which was the equivalent of a robot regurgitating that they could do nothing for me- I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I am reminded of why Nordstroms is such a better store and does not rip you off in this manner with stealthy policies hidden in the fine print! Shame on you Zara!

The store has a large selection. I got excellent trousers at the best price. The store employees are friendly and the service is excellent.

Seems that I had the same experience with "the little security guy" that everyone else has had. Relentlessly followed me around the store. I let the employees know and handed everything I had in my hands to the fitting room attendant.
Seattle can't afford any more stores in downtown to close. So while I understand that loss prevention needs to do their job, they need to do better about not letting their bias get out of hand by following people around closer than a shadow!

Like everybody else is writing, horrible customer service. Most of the staff were busy talking with each other as if that’s their job. And when they speak to customers the tone is somehow so rude and you feel they want to look down on you. Why? Since when working at Zara became so entitled? Nah I didn't think so. LOL.I'm glad I don't live in Seattle. I feel sorry for the store manager who needs to deal with these employees but they need serious wake up call.And remember you can always shop Zara online.(P.S. The short security guy was way more helpful than the store staff in my case)

Barely any service. Dressing rooms only on the bottom floor. Cheap feeling clothes. Shoddy fitting rooms. Feels like Sears trying to be expensive.
