Scammers. Came to buy a vape the other day, and the cashier verbally gave me one price but then rang me up with a higher price. When I asked to see the total before I paid, he denied me allowance to see. However, I had looked over at the register already, which he literally put his hand over initially to try and hide it from me, to see that he had charged me more than the price he told me. I declined it and asked for the price he had quoted me. He fixed it and I charged my card. The whole interaction was shady. He was a young guy, probably in his 20s, and his eyes were barely open, like he was on drugs. He also said some odd things to me before I purchased, trying to scam me the whole time. Dont bother buying here. Plenty of other vape stores that arent shady in Seattle to go to. Dont give this place your business!

Overcharges like hell. Doesn't tell you the price before taking payment. No receipt. Also, seemed much more interested in watching tv than in serving customers.

Terrible customer service at ZIK's. I am a long time vaper and had some questions regarding some of their products and the employee had no clue what he was doing. These employees are basically cahiers with no knowledge pf the products their selling, so much so he tried to pursued me to purchase a one time use disposable vape. smdh.

These people are scammers. Big time scamming over in this business. From busted glass pieces to rat bitten candy bars, this place is total trash. The guys running it are always super rude and misogynistic, don't let your girl go in here alone, they'll rip any woman off and jack up the prices. Always ask for a receipt and double check the prices because they have doubled the tax and crumble the receipts. This is the WORST smoke shop ever. I know it might be convenient with the location but take your hard owned money somewhere else, this place is getting worse and worse.

Husain and Ali were extremely helpful! I purchased my first hookah and they walked me through the entire process. Very good prices and amazing customer service. Will definitely be back just because of them!

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Closed at 8:30. 2 hours before there posted closing time. Save your time and don’t bother. I figured I’d ask him for prices as he was locking the door to the shop. 80$ for a 10 panel urine drug test kit?! Cheapest scale at 30?He said come back on the morning. Hah!
