The staff member not only helped me secure an appointment but also took care of sorting out my insurance details, making the entire process hassle-free.Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Tyler, who provided me with valuable information about the clinic and even guided me through downloading the ZoomCare app, which proved to be incredibly useful. This attention to detail and proactive approach set a positive tone for the rest of my visit.Dr. Paula demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise during my consultation. She took the time to thoroughly explain my symptoms and conducted a comprehensive assessment of my condition. Not happy with zoomcare's provider. Instead of asking intelligent questions, the provider assumed that I already have medication. Why would i come in for an appt, pay copay and keep asking for refill when I already have enough medication?A previous provider refuse to give me more than one month of meds when I already told her it takes more than one month to see a specialist. Hence, I have to go for above visit.If I only could give negative stars

I've been to many Urgent Cares across the US, and this was one of the nicest. Small, friendly, and clean. They were able to fit me into a no-show appointment slot and had my medication ready by the time the appointment was over. This was my first Urgent Care visit that was quick and did not cost me an entire day. I highly recommend!

If I can leave less than 1 star I would. TERRIBLE experience, dont recommend going here at all. I dont think the people working there are doctors or experts, make your research before… I was there for a simple blood test and the lady couldnt find a vein and said “sorry I cant do it”. Basic job that should be part of their training but isn’t. Highly recommend going to a real doctor’s office.

Sunday morning, when primary care physician is closed, a major eye situation arose. We showed up early for appointment because…. Well … eye problems are very concerning and uncomfortable. The guy at the front that checked us in was very fast, courteous and capable. We were lucky enough that Dr.Lins had a few minutes to spare and got him in right away. She was thorough, knowledgeable and so very helpful. Told us what to do in case other problems came up and where to go if that happened. I didn’t know there was a Super Zoom in Bellevue and so glad she told us. Got his eye drops for his scratch cornea there and no need to go to the pharmacy. We showed up an hour early and were out before his scheduled appointment time. Thank you all so much!!!!

Went there today, was a bit worried because the outside seems rough. Rest assured the door is locked and the lobby is clean and nice. The guy I saw was very nice and did everything he could to help me at such a small clinic. Actually happily surprised. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

Loved loved loved Dr. Carry. She was an efficient genius with genuine care and passion for anatomy and diseases. Came to her for an opinion about a rash and came out with way more knowledge than we ever imagined we’d gain. Will definitely request her as my primary care.
