Not bad for a ampm...
Who ever the night guy is , thats bald with the one busted, dollar store headphone. Needs a book on tape about customer service guy just seemed angry and sad. I dont know what he's so upset about. I would say some people peak in high-school but getting turned down by your mom for prom and a step dad who wouldn't hug you is hardly a peak. Maybe just learn your store or where the candy is learn to smile and maybe someday your dream of playing rhythm guitar at the casino for the Winger reunion with one original member.
I pray God finally smiles on you. he hasn't yet (obviously) but i hope he does you seem to need it...amen I'll pray for you

This place is a scam. The cashier refused to give a proper change, after we paid cash and filled up gas, short $10, explained her computer shows her change that was 10 dollars less then it supposed to be. She became aggressive and start shooing us away when we confronted her about she is simply stiling our $10. No receipt printed, no explanation given. She also called the police, two officers came shortly who wasn't helpful at all, just suggested to call next day, that didn't have much sense since we were passing by the area. The store looks like a junkyard, filthy, the toilet key was given after 3 times we asked. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
Called the 1-800 number in October, to fill the claim, they recorded everything, never got any fit back, call or email. Garbage of the service.

No gas. Frozen icee machine not working. Bathroom locked. Won't open for paying customers. The lady working was very tho.

This place is garbage, thank god they opened Reliance Market down the street. Always some type of problem everytime I go here Rather card readers arent working at the pump, or they dont have hot food or all hot food is old, or the store is closed for a random break. Always some problem smh.

Pretty underwhelming. I know it's just an AMPM, but most are usually better than this. Last night their coffee was unavailable. The ice machine for their fountain drinks hasn't worked for about a month or two more, yet their beverage displays always seem to have fresh ice in them. ? They don't have a spare key on site if someone locks the restroom key inside the restroom. At least it's usually clean inside.

if i could do no stars i would i bought sandwiches from there walked to my car then i noticed it looked funny i smelled it and looked there were packaging mistakes and took a bite n almost puked thank god i didn't give it to the kid came straight back in asked if i could get a refund or at least switch out they denyed me then i he said he would call the manager manager denied me when he talked to him even tho only been gone too seconds moldy spot got in my mouth and the eggs were rock hard and pungent smell! this place is shit and doesn't care about its costumers

Honestly you don't even deserve the star I gave you. I've worked in gas stations for the last 20 years and it does not take a hour for shift change paperwork. My complaint is mainly because not only is your customer service horrid but you are a thiefs. I attempted to buy a car wash only took half my monet then wouldnt refund my money. Then when I called the store you literally hung up on me. Then I see the cashier standing around while we wait around to get refunded. Not acceptable store is to busy for you to be taking a hour break at the beginning of your shift

Refused service because of my service animal!! I just visited the am pm in sedro Woolley Washington at 830 Moore street The employee named Rune said she would not sell me a soda because my service animal who is a small Maltipoo and weighs 5 pounds is carried in my service dog sling. She said she would not sell me anything since the dog is not walking and on a leash. My service animal is fully trained and licensed by a professional. Rune is discriminating me because of my disability. This is not right. I hope the that the employer educates her about licensed service animals. I have never been so humiliated.

This ampm hasn't had a working fountain soda dispenser or icee machine in over 2 months, I jokingly flipped off the sign that said out of order, but as I was leaving the store, the short haired employee with lots of piercings started screaming at me in the parking lot in front of multiple people, lucky she didn't know how to formulate a proper sentence so I just drove away but Jesus what kind of employee follows a customer outside and starts yelling

Horrible customer service! The manager is extremely rude and lazy, she refuses to hand your card back and will make you pick it up from her side of the counter. Hot foods are never stocked and the manager doesn't do anything about anything.

Not a good place to go anymore. This use to be my #1 place to go to they always had what I needed and the employees always so friendly. BUT NOW ITS HORRIBLE, I do not recommend this store. The manager is rude and disrespectful to customers and to the employees in front of customers. There is never any ice in the soda machine and now it's not even working, the cooler is always empty, always sold out of items it looks empty on a lot of shelves. It's always dirty and there is never any coffee made in the morning when I go in. I went in to purchase some items and was going to pay part with cash and part with my card and the manager said she couldn't do it because it messes up the computer, everyone else has done that and never had any problems. I am a 2 times a day person to come here cause I live very close. They have seen my driver's license many times to buy smokes well the manager denied selling them to me because I accidentally left my driver's license at home. It is sad that within 2 months of this manager begin in this store how much it has gone down hill.
