There are two specific tellers here that talk down to people. If you know you know. Which by the sounds of it a lot of people do know. To be honest this is hands down the worst bank I've ever had. I had someone else take out money out of my account who is not on my account and they literally laughed about it and said they'd call them and have them pay me. Because they "know" them. Worst of all it overdrafted me and they did not take care of the charges. Furthermore it's happened more than once. Obviously there is a lot to this but let's just say I'm gonna be moving on and found out it's wildly bizarre and embezzlement. If it happens again before I can close my account I'm calling the police and making a report which apparently I should have all ready done. Go to Peoples Bank or Us Bank! Way better

Even transactions made before noon on Fridays aren't reflected properly until Monday - ridiculous in this age of electronic accounts ?

I went to bank to open an account they said I needed $100 for savings so I withdrew it unfortunately I made a mistake so ended up having to withdraw more money each time they charged me $4 so I ended up paying $8 to get the $100 to open account. I go back to Sara who tells me She can't open account since the wrote off an old account for only $3. So I paid $8 for nothing. So I asked if they would notorize a form a quick claim deed a very simple firm which Sara refused to do she said she felt uncomfortable doing for me. This is my experience with Sedro Woolley Banner Bank.im a small business owner in Sedro Woolley.
