“We went in with our mobility scooter battery which really hasn’t worked right since we got it. They troubleshoot it and found not only a loose wire, but a dead little circuit board. We purchased new batteries from them. They gave us the name of the part and number so we could order it from Amazon. We brought the new part in, they installed it, and the scooter is running like brand new!! No labor charges at all. Very friendly and caring staff!!”
“I brought in an electrical part that I purchased in California in 2011 with a lifetime warranty. I was in Mount Vernon a couple of weeks ago (I live in Canada) and I went in to this location with a defective part and receipt from 13 years ago. Even though they no longer sold the identical brand, they offered me a different brand with no cost to me. Both the parts person and manager were fantastic to deal with.
