“I went back to this store after a few years of not shopping with oreillys and I have to say the new manager Miklo is a great example of an employee worth keeping. He greeted me with a welcoming attitude and a smile. He was very patient with me and listened carefully to what I needed for my car and provided me with different options and answered all my questions I had about the different parts. I went in there expecting a lot of unanswered questions but was completely surprised in a good way. He got me all the parts I needed and even installed the battery and wipers I bought. One of the best experiences at an auto parts store by far. I hope he continues to work for this store for many years to come”
