Great store! It has a good selection of sewing supplies plus some knitting and other craft materials. The people working there are always kind and happy to answer questions. Their batiks are really pretty!

This is a destination store for me. My friend & I enjoy driving down from Bellingham to poke around and visit with Bobi & staff. i never go with anything particular in mind but I always find something. Bobi is such a lovely lady. One time years ago, she tried to discourage me from "spending so much money" but I had found so many wonderful out of print fabrics as well as some gorgeous Japanese florals, so I was happy to spend. I appreciate anyone who would sacrifice a big sale if they thought it was best for their customer, and Bobi is special. You won't go wrong if you visit this store, enjoy the drive!

I went into Cascade Fabrics yesterday to buy a spool of thread, the price on the spool was $2.65 but the cashier rung the amount at $2.99, I let her know that was incorrect as the sign says $2.65, and she responded with "The new price is $2.99" I paid in cash. I plan to save my sewing needs for Hobby Lobby who will honor the price they have displayed.

This store is my favorite hidden gem in a unique town. This store has been open since 1978 and has a history that should be shared. I always find something here.

You're not going to this store for their shiny new fabric, however, it has a unique charm all its own. I think this shop is mostly a hobby for the women that work there. Everything is really old looking, that being said, you can also find some kick-ass out of print items if you dig a little. The four stars isn't so much for their selection, I didn't actually buy anything. But the women were fun and super nice, they even talked up their competitor next door. It's not a destination place, but it's definitely worth a quick look around if you are in the area. Just don't go in there looking for anything specific.

Wonderful shop! My go-to-place for fabrics and notions. Always friendly and helpful with a small-town welcome. A meeting place for local quilters and stitchers to socialize. A nice variety of classes, too ~ I teach some of them , too :) and even though I live north in Bellingham, I don't mind the distance just to visit this shop and the people.

So great to meet up with quilters and sewers to share ideas and tips. Wednesday is free sew day! I was so happy to get advice on types of fabric suitable for my next quikting project! Great for finding that special quilt fabric. Be sure to check out Bobbi's Energy bars!
