Never ever never on time. I've been dealing with this for over ten years and nothing has ever changed. THE worst delivery service any business could ever deal with. 2 day air comes in four ground might be over a week. It's NEVER changed. I don't even bother paying for next day. I've shipped fed ex 2 day from Texas and got my ground shipment from Pennsylvania using usps days before.

There's only one reason I gave them a 3star rating and I can't remember it so it must have been just me. I don't like using the phone so I get irritated if I have to wait. Sorry. I'm sure you're great. All of the other ones are.
