“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Breath of Fresh Air at Wallace Farms!
I rolled into Wallace Farms ready for the usual “hurry up and wait” adventure we drivers know too well. But nope — Amelia at receiving decided to shock my entire trucking worldview.
Not only does she seem to handle everything except actually loading trucks, she even called me back to let me know the load wouldn’t be ready until 4:30 and suggested I go grab a bite.
Who does that anymore? Someone who actually cares about drivers? Someone professional? Someone who doesn’t want us slowly turning into angry traffic cones in the dock door? Apparently, yes — Amelia does.
This level of courtesy in the logistics world is like finding a random love note in your pocket from a secret admirer — surprising, heart-melting, and instantly making your whole day better.
Amelia and Jess, thank you! Your kindness and communication say a LOT about the management and the values at Wallace Farms. If every shipper had an Amelia and Jess, this industry would add at least 10 years to drivers’ lives.

“Awesome company, really nice people, easy to find/maneuver around the yard. They have scale on site u need to get your empty weight axle by axle first then go check in at office. Was loaded 19 pallets in 35min ish. Great experience.”
